It’s perhaps typical of all estate agents and no wonder they get a bad name for themselves but this firms rental department are particularly inept. My beautiful apartment was returned to me by my tenants at the end of September 24 in a substantially damaged state as a result of their family of indoor cats. Mistake number 1 was me accepting a tenant with cats. Mistake 2 was to assume that the extensive damage to silk curtains and carpets would be covered by the tenant agreeing to deductions from their security deposit. Mistake 3 was to assume that the agent would help resolve the matter.

GoogleA great experience renting with Nick who has been straightforward, thorough and helpful throughout the process. Almost immediate replies whenever we had questions and a breath of fresh air in comparison to other letting agents. It has been a pleasure being guided through the process with seemingly honest and open communication. He has gone out of his way to ensure we have a hassle free move in and is a credit for the letting agent and the landlords he represents. He has softened my view on unscrupulous letting agents and I will recommend him to others! Credit should also go out to other team members including Bobbie and Nicole who also helped us when needed.

GoogleNick provided me the greatest customer service ever! I’ve been trying to get through to other companies but no one responded, however, Nick took his time and talked me through the process of renting a place, suggested where to look and registered me on their system in case something comes up. I’ve never experienced such great customer service like this before - super polite, kind and friendly. What an absolute credit to Frank & Harris - I’ll definitely be keeping in touch for when I’m looking for my forever home. If I could give higher than 5/5, I would!

This company is operated mainly by telephone which means that they don't provide evidence in email form when they make false promises. Things take months to fix or go to the whole tennany without being fixed and then they'll try to charge you for them. They make promises to new tenants which they don't keep. Tried to charge us for repairs the new tenants are paid for. Terrible company greedy sneaky raise the rent by £1000 when we should've had the option to extend at the current rate.

Very vocal and helpful staff! They got me a couple of good options per week during August, which is the hottest season in the rental market. Charlotte, the manager I worked with, was super nice and come up with very good apartments both in terms of price and location. The agents who do the viewings are never late, happy to discuss all the details of the property and answer any questions.

GoogleOn August 22nd 2018 we moved in to the second flat we have rented through Frank Harris & Co. On both occasions the team have been friendly and helpful and made it a smooth and easy process. In particular with the recent tenancy, our agent Julius Blake has been fantastic at keeping us up to date through the process. Julius made sure that the property was brought to a good standard before we moved in and all of our requests were dealt with exactly on time and to schedule. Great experience!

TrustpilotUnprofessional service - they ask for your card details upfront
Very friendly and helpful staff, but a key warning to customers that I think they need to correct - if you are leasing an apartment, they ask for all your card details up front to make a holding deposit before you can make an offer - I think this is very unprofessional and also unsafe. All other real estate agents I've been in contact with in the past when renting a flat give you their account so you can directly transfer money to their account, the usual way. Posting this so people are aware and don't accidentally disclose their card details.
