Lorenzo was a real pleasure to deal with at Frank Harris. Although I wasn't able to get my first Barbican purchase over the line this time, he helped me understand the Estate and I think brought the vendors as close as possible to a deal. He was transparent, polite, and just a pleasure to correspond with. I'll be coming back to him next time I'm looking.

GoogleI have now been dealing with the Waterloo branch of Frank Harris for a few years. I have found the service provided by the organisation to be most professional. My dealings have been predominantly with Nick. His involvement has been invaluable and amenable. The whole team including Bobby and Nicole are very easy to get along with and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleMyself and my girlfriend found our perfect flat with Frank Harris. We had been to viewings with 5 other agents, and the professionalism we experienced at Frank Harris could not be compared to any other letting agent. Nicole helped us throughout our property search, from our initial viewing all the way up until we moved into our property. She is always ready to help so make sure to ask for her if you are trying to find a place to rent. She is receptive to requests and negotiated the move in date which suited our schedule in addition to a check in time which fit our schedules.
