From the first phone call to the last, Nicole considered us and kept us fully informed and up to date. It really is a privilege to have this service from a lettings agent in London. Condescending, rude and rush for you to sign. Their terms are dodgy their contracts protect the landlord only and their referencing process is weirdly intense. Ryan Morgan in particular will gaslight you into going by their terms only. There is no feeling of cooperation or honesty and transparency. Educated tenants avoid.

Unprofessional and unsafe experience, not recommended

We are a professional family with two young children and signed a 3-year tenancy through Frank Harris. From the very first day, the property was not cleaned properly, dirt and damage under the fridge (see photos) and a broken bin left in place. Soon after moving in, we discovered mold on the ceilings, pest infestations, and a faulty lock on the front door.

We've worked with Nicole to find a new flat and she was absolutely brilliant. Nicole arranged for us to view the flat we liked really quickly, at a time that was convenient to us. While we viewed the apartment, she answered all of our questions and made really helpful suggestions. Once we made up our minds about the apartment she kept us updated throughout the approvals process and answered all of our additional questions (from what size mattress we should get, through to allowing us to visit the flat again so that we can decide on what furnishings we should buy). I have used Frank Harris once before to find me a flat and found them to be professional throughout. It was for this reason that I opted to use them again when I needed to relocate to South Bank. My expectations then were understandably high this time around. I was very surprised therefore to find my expectations not just met but exceeded. In spades. Nicole (Forgive me but I can't recall her surname) was a real pleasure to work with from the start. Highly professional yet friendly, knowledgeable of the local area, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with finding me exactly what I was looking for, explaning the process and asking me relevant questions but without bombarding me. She found me exactly what I was looking for almost immediately and although the viewing was online it seemed no trouble at all for her to put up with my lack of IT skills and virtually walked me through the walk through. I worked with Nick to find a flat around Waterloo and had a very positive experience: Nick went the extra mile several times to make sure that everything concerning the flat was taken care of (incl chasing several people to ensure the flat was in top condition before our move in). In general, Nick is really professional, responds very quickly and ensures that your interests are defended.
