This is an excellent estate agent. They always answer the phone quickly, they organised many viewings and have a thorough understanding of their market. Offers came in but we’ve decided not to sell. Joel Hughes was particularly helpful and engaging. He knows the area well and understands the motives for buying and selling. Richard Williams is also a highly competent guy. Process was very quick from applying for the property to signing the tenancy agreement - less than a week. Nicole was knowledgable about the property in question, the landlord and what would be best to negotiate with. She was very helpful in filling out the tenancy application. Nick was very quick to respond to emails, and the referencing process was easy. Only downside was how the holding deposit was taken - card details over the phone. I think some kind of confirmation that it was indeed Frank Harris, like naming the property postcode and your date of birth, would make it easier. And some indication on the website that this is indeed the way they do it, and not a scam.

I was very impressed with Mr Butt and his team at Frank Harris, Marchmont Street. In the process of selling my small flat they could not have done better. George advised me on which offer I should accept and then he helped in finding a very good solicitor.There were a few 'hiccups' in the process of selling, which the solicitors had to deal with, but he was very patient and finally the sale was completed.I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone Frank Harris in Marchmont Street, WC1.
