TrustpilotFive years a tenant, then a masterclass in incompetence at the end
I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.

GoogleI chose Foxtons Vauxhall as my agent to handle the sale of my Flat after they had acted as managing agent for the letting of the property between 2015 and 2021. I cannot praise Nam Nguyen and his team enough for all the effort they put into securing a highly satisfactory outcome. Nam kept me updated as the sale progressed, he was always helpful and positive and it was a pleasure to deal with him.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI had a highly frustrating experience with Foxtons. I was promised a callback by an agent, which never happened. I called to book a property viewing and received a confirmation text. However, when I arrived at the property, the agent failed to show up and ignored my numerous calls to their mobile. When I contacted the Vauxhall branch to address this, I was met with an incredibly dismissive and rude receptionist named Areatha. Her attitude was unprofessional and only added to my frustration. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. Foxtons needs to improve their customer service standards drastically.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices. The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission. As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleSuch a great company for selling or letting especially they have been around for years. I was assisted today by Richard Pedley one of the sales representative and I must say how friendly, professional, experienced and amazing personality he was today while viewing a property in SW8. Always good to find people like Richard to put your life in ease especially when it comes to a big decision like purchasing a property nowadays. Highly recommend Best, Oscar

GoogleWe would highly recommend Irina. She is professional, knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help. She is a sensible counterparty for discussion and gives a balanced view, without being at all pushy. This all adds up to a trustworthy impression, someone you would want to work with.

The worst and the most disgusting service ever! They agreed with a young lady and her elderly parents on my property for renting even though I had rejected the application.

I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

He took the time to understand our requirements and preferences, so he could find our dream home. I would definitely recommend Foxtons services.

GoogleNice agency. In particular, Hannah was especially helpful in showing us around a property we were interested in and I was able to view it twice in a short space of time. Hannah was very professional on both visits and told us everything we needed to know. A great viewing experience.
