Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

GoogleWe used Foxtons as a managing agent. They managed to annoy both myself as a landlord and our tenants through dreadful communication, refusing to take accountability and general poor service. We would not recommend anyone looking to rent their property through Foxtons; their service was expensive and bad. Everything that required attention we had to step in to do as landlords, rather than the expensive managed option taking care of.

GoogleDaniel Scott was a responsive and friendly agent, he was very quick to answer emails and checked in by phone prior to the viewing which I really appreciated! He was knowledgeable about the property and sent over offer forms promptly. Great viewing, would definitely be keen to view other properties with Daniel again in the future.
