My experience with Emma’s estate agents has been somewhat turbulent. Their sarcasm and constant back and forth rudeness has resonated throughout every conversation we’ve encountered. If your looking for good customer service, you will not receive it. All they want is your money. I can’t tell you how much stress and anxiety they have caused us. After we’d paid for our end of tenancy clean which was done to professional standards, we were still charged for an additional clean, even though there were no issues! Be prepared to lose money at end of your tenancy. They are very good at constantly reminding you of terms and conditions, so make sure you memorise these, down to the last word. Good luck to future tenants!

The Best Estate Agents I Have Ever Dealt With

Professional with fast response times

Absolute satisfaction. High level of professional service with quick response times.Me and my wife moved to a property in Dalston using the services of Emma’s Estate. The process seemed a bit overwhelming at first but they walked us through it in detail and were very responsive and attentive to any queries or concerns. (Details in contract, deadlines and payments, practical stuff related to the place or paperwork)After we moved in the communication and level of service remained quick, professional and beyond the standard of any other agency I dealth with in the past. So far I have very positive experience and would recommend their services!

Fantastic, professional and personal

We have been tenants of Emma’s for the last 12 months and have received nothing but exceptional and personalised support and service. From the moment we found the property, they have been fantastic in offering advice and help when needed, inclusive of a very professional and flexible moving in process. Always providing a speedy response and genuinely a brilliant group of individuals - great to work with people as opposed to a larger and potentially more impersonal organisation. They have kept in regular contact throughout the duration of the tenancy and I would certainly recommend and hope to stay in touch for the future.

Highly Recommend to anyone!

Recently my partner and I had a disaster when discovering that the night before we were due to move house we had been completely scammed!! In about three frantic days and by complete blessing we came across Emma’s Estate Agents, who went above and beyond to help us find something lovely in a really short space of time. Within a week they had us through referencing and settled in to our lovely little flat, all whilst making the transition as smooth and stress free for us as possible. I can honestly say I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Best agency experience yet

I have had a very pleasant experience with Emma's Estate Agents. It is a small company, and they care about their clients. You feel like a person, not just a number. They are very active and help you out with whatever problems you might have, and you get a sense that they go the extra mile to accommodate your specific needs. All in all I have felt in very safe hands throughout. Emma's Estate Agents are very professional, very helpful, and I would definitely rent through them again in the future.

Absolute Pleasure :)

During my short lived tenancy with Emma's Estate Agents I have had nothing but a positive experience, especially from Emma. My emails were answered prompltly with a huge amount of patience (I ask a lot of questions) and the one time I didn't have hot water the issue was sorted within a matter of hours. I have had to leave the property I was living in due to health reasons and Emma's have been extremely helpful during the stressful process of moving out and have dealt with other members of my family when I have been unable to. They were kind and thoughtful and if I choose to live in London again I will be looking them up. Thank you for everything :)

FIRST CLASS AGENCY - PEACE OF MIND!!!

I highly recommend Emma's Agency. I have started my research for a flat on line and the picture I have seen was the same when I went to see the property (not a fake), the flat was a brand-new, super clean. They provide a very effective and efficient service and with a smile. Really helpful from the first meeting to the agents. They answer email and enquieries with a quick response rate. They understand the needs of the tenant very well. If a job is desperately needing done they send a contractor the next day without a fuss. Thank you very much! I don't want to move anymore :-)

Amazing throughout the whole process

Our experience with Emma's estate agents has been amazing through out our whole process of moving into our new flat. They also went above and beyond for us, when my partner and I got locked out of our flat late in the evening. They were kind enough to come out after working hours for us to get a spare key. Rented my first flat in London with them for two years - the viewing & screening process was smooth and I could check in quickly.They have always been very reactive with any issues that have happened in the flat, and quickly sent someone to fix them without complaints.I had a complaint about noisy neighbours, and when talking to them directly got me nowhere, the agency took steps to mediate and calm them down quite effectively.I understand everybody has their own experience with letting agents, but to me they've always been polite, reactive and professional.

Better don't rent from Emma

They response quick by email but do not show a friendly attitude. They refuse to help you with various excuses when your flat had any problem. Corridor light is not working outside our flat for more than a month and Emma had no action to fix it. Your deposits maybe on hold by ridiculous excuse.

This was the rudest estate agent I have ever experienced in my life. One star is even too much to give. What you say to them doesn't matter and they don't listen. The 5 start reviews seem to be somewhat suspect.
