We rented our flat with Emma over a year ago, that was the first time we had a really good experience dealing with a Estate agent, they're were supper helpful all along, they'd attend to our requests straight away and wouldn't take long to reply to our emails/calls they have always provided outstanding services. We would like to thank you again for that. Our experience as tenants couldn't have been better! :)

Emma’s are a great little estate agents who are fast in helping us with our flat, always take action straight away and do it in a lovely friendly way. We love that we can have a close relationship with the team as it makes a massive difference to renting in London and are very different in a great way to other agents we have dealt with. What can I say? It was a brilliant stay at one of the properties managed by Emma. The letting process was quick, easy and modern. Throughout our stay, any maintenance problem was handled professionally and quickly by either Emma or her team.If you are thinking or renting or selling a property with Emma's Estate Agents, what are you waiting for? Go for it without any reservation. They're great! :)

YellDO NOT USE THIS AGENT
Hopefully you haven't yet sent Emma your holding deposit, no matter how nice the flat is save yourself a lot of hassle and use a different agent. It is clear Emma tries with best endeavours, but this is a very amateur and unprofessional agency that does not address issues with great customer service or compassion. Every step of the process has been stressful, excruciating and time consuming. Don't make the same mistake...

YellHelpful and Friendly Service
Since moving in, Emma's have been really helpful and proactive about helping us with things that need addressing with our new flat. Emma and her team have listened to any concerns we have had and have been really good for getting back to us swiftly with solutions. They are friendly and open and always willing to help out. Would definitely recommend them out of the hundreds of Estate Agents out there!

My girlfriend and I used Emma’s Estate agents to get our first flat together, everything has been so smooth from start to finish, I can not say a bad thing about the company or the staff. They have all been informative and they have genuinely tried there best to help us and I can’t thank them enough, I would 100% recommend anyone to go through Emma’s Estate agents.

YellVery helpful and pleasant to deal with - 5 stars!
I have been renting from Emma's for the last five years now in two different properties. They have been nothing but helpful and pleasant to deal with in my experience. There's very much a "work for the Landlord" mentality in the UK amongst letting agencies, but Emma's really do care about their tenancy clients as well. I would highly recommend working with Emmas whether a landlord or a tenant.

Yellthe worst experience we had with a letting agency
Well, after renting for a whole year with them, I do not want to mention all the issues we had with this agency: I will simply say that this was the worst experience we had with a letting agency. In fact, one of the reasons we decided to move out was because of them. Would not recommend this Emma agency to anyone.

GoogleThe rudest agents I've ever talked to. Unhelpful,unprofessional, extremely abrupt and unacceptable attitude for people who make money from clients. I wouldn't recommend them at all! Better stay in a park instead of cooperating with them.

Emma and her team are really amazing. Many things happened in 2 years in our tiny 1bed flat and every single problem was handled quickly and efficiently. From broken tap to new fridge and new bed, a little mouse and an emergency during Christmas time, Emma's agency never disappointed us. I not used to write reviews, but Emma's team deserves it. Amazing experience with the sale of my property. Experienced team with realistic expectations from the outset. I was supported throughout the process with regular contact which demonstrated the team were on it and focused on my sale. If you are thinking of selling/renting get the team round for a valuation and give them a go.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
