I've been letting for a few years now and They are the best agency I've dealt with so far. At the beginning I thought it was too good to be true, but it's true!They always reply very quick and try to fix or deal with any issues.I'd recommend them as agency 200%!!

YellGuarantor or pay 6 months upfront
Since I was moving from abroad to the UK the agency required that I had a guarantor or that I paid 6 months upfront. Would not agree on any other solutions like setting the security deposit to x3 or x5.Not very friendly or flexible at all. Would not recomment.

I rented a property through Emma's Estate Agents on during 2016 and was very pleased with the service they provided. Not only were they polite but they were very quick to respond to any queries or issues I had. Having recently bought a house I am now using their management services. So far so good..

Really, the worst estate agents in the country. Possibly the world. Rude, incompetent, unhelpful. Nightmare to deal with. Once the contracts are signed, you have no rights.Please, please, please, please do yourselves a favour and find someone else. You will regret signing with them.

Emma's were extremely helpful and proactive in helping me deal with issues (blocked drainpipe) arising from a neighbouring property that they manage. The problem was sorted within the day without issue and I would highly recommend them.
