GoogleTo be clear I am writing this review as a business owner dealing with this company to progress legal matters. This company fails on every level. Today I rang to chase a reply to an email sent to Analise 10 days ago to progress a legal matter. I'm an existing client. The receptionist advised that Analise was off, to which I asked if she'd been off for 10 days.. to be advised 'no'. To which I asked to be put through to her team as perhaps she,d passed the work on. To be told that they are all working at home and uncontactable. Incredulous I was then told that calls can't be tfr. The quality of the output of this team is dire and previous complaints have not been dealt with .. they simply ignored the complaint in breach of rules. . Clients go elsewhere! This company is the dregs

GoogleI paid legalbricks for an EPC to be carried out at my home, the engineer didn’t turn up initially and I waited the entire day for them to arrive with no update. Then when they did finally come weeks later they completed the EPC incorrectly with wrong information about the energy supply meaning I now have a lower score than I should. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks by phone and email and have been fobbed off for almost a month. I really don’t want to have to pay another £100 for another company to do the job properly. I’ve had no apology or call/email back to rectify the issue. I have proof that they haven’t completed the job correctly and I’m extremely disappointed I wasted my time and money on this company and has impacted my ability to sell my property.

GoogleAbsolutely delighted with the service of the sales team throughout the entire process. Di, in the early days, made sure I was completely confident with the process (reassuring me about COVID safety during viewings etc) Carole blew me away with her energy and downright doggedness throughout the viewing and closing date stage, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Alicia and Jennifer were also very efficient and encouraging in terms of what my property sale could achieve. I sold my house in 11 days but received a competitive offer on day four so was reassured very quickly that this was a great time to sell. I would certainly recommend the North Berwick sales office to anyone thinking of selling in East Lothian.

GoogleMy sincere thanks to the team in the North Berwick office for the professional, positive and efficient service received during my recent property sale. Selling during a pandemic was never going to be entirely stress-free. However, from my first contact with Diane Jennings I felt I was in safe hands. Diane and her team ensured that I was supported throughout and kept informed at all stages. At our first meeting Diane provided expert advice on how best to present the property, including the benefits of having a video presentation. She also provided reassurance about the additional safety measures required for viewings. In just over a week, a full marketing report and breakdown of costs was agreed, Home Report provided, photographs and video taken and the property went live. Within 10 days, an offer was made and accepted. I couldn’t be happier about the service and outcome achieved.
