All the staff members were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the whole process and put you at ease when issues arise. The quality of the work from the description of our property through to the photos were outstanding and you could clearly see from the very beginning of meeting Paul how dedicated he was to his job and doing his very best to sell our property, which was achieved within 2 weeks. I had several estate agents visit myself to give me quotes, from those I got exactly the same price quoted, I chose Hilbery even though they were not the cheapest, I chose them because I liked Paul, and I thought he would work the best for me. GoogleOutstanding Service from Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents in Northallerton. She is an absolute credit to the company and exemplifies what outstanding customer service truly means. When disaster struck on Christmas Eve at 10:30pm, our boiler catastrophically failed and began leaking through the kitchen ceiling, Maddie's response was nothing short of remarkable. Despite being at home with her family on Christmas Eve, she immediately replied to my email and personally called to discuss the emergency. Understanding the urgency and potential for serious property damage, she went above and beyond by attending the property with her partner that very evening to stop the leak. Within just three days, we had a brand new boiler fully installed, an incredibly swift turnaround, especially considering the timing over the Christmas period. Having lived at this property for over eight years, I can honestly say I've never experienced such rapid, efficient, and genuinely caring service for a repair issue. Maddie's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile during what should have been her personal time has left a lasting impression on both my fiancée and myself. We are immensely grateful to Maddie and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true asset to James Wynn Estate Agents.

The staff are friendly and polite and really do go above and beyond. They were really understanding and helpful during a difficult and stressful time for us and completed our sale with the minimum of fuss. Every query and question we had was swiftly and professionally answered by Paul,Saskia, Karen & Valerie.. We would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality moving service.
