GoogleMy family and myself are very thankful for Matthew Ross's brilliant work, he was incredible throughout the renting process of a property and was always super kind, warmhearted and friendly. We also want to emphasize Roman Lyndon's outstanding work, he was relentless on helping us with the property offer and made sure that the landlord and ourselves were in tune, always respecting our needs and restrictions. He was always very understanding, thoughtful and gentle. Both of them made sure that we knew what was going on and what we could do to have a smooth progress without much struggle. They were extremely helpful and always picked up our (many) calls with patience and dedication.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Penney & Co (Kingston), in particular Allison Steele, who was selling the property on behalf of the vendors. Despite the fact that there was very good interest in the property and a lot of competition, we always felt that Alilison was being very supportive from the start and acted with integrity. GoogleI have been really impressed with the service from Snellers, in particular Lisa Henderson, who is always pleasant to deal with and quickly actions any issues that come up in relation to the property I rent. I am both a home-owner and a renter, and it's great to rent from a company who work well as the connection between the tenant and the owners.
