We were renting our house out for the first time, due to a relocation abroad. After unsuccessfully trying to rent it out ourselves, we handed the reigns over to Hannah from Snellers. Immediately, we had several potential tenants viewing the property and we quickly secured tenants we were happy with and for a suitably monthly rental income. Hannah was great at communicating with us in a timely manner so we were aware of where we were in the process and answered any questions promptly. Happy with the service we received, we would recommend to others.

Hannah and the team at Snellers have been wonderful! After finding out we had to move unexpectedly we didn’t have any help from our current agency and many others didn’t even answer or call us back! Hannah and the team really came to the rescue! Hannah was able to arrange a viewing of our future home and the whole process has been wonderful. The team could not have been more helpful and polite whenever we contacted them. The paperwork was completed exceptionally quickly and any queries and requests were handled promptly and perfectly. We highly recommend Hannah and Snellers to anyone looking for a new rental property and look forward to dealing with them throughout our tenancy.

Snellers is a fantastic agency. Throughout our whole house finding process we were in touch with Hannah. From start to finish she was very considerate of what we wanted, patient with all our questions and never condescending like some other agencies have been to us. Our process for signing a contract was lengthy with some bumps along the way but Hannah was always there for advice and she never failed to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall a fantastic experience, far smoother than we had anticipated and we are immensely happy. Snellers is unresponsive

Snellers manages the property that I intended to purchase. I was asked to complete a pet consent form for a fee of 144 GBP. Multiple emails to Pryce at Sellers did not receive a response. Finally, contrary to the terms of the leasehold, I was told no dogs allowed. I asked for a refund of the fee since there was no reason so submit a pet consent form for a dog since dogs were prohibited anyway. No response on refund.
