GoogleThe problem was a leak in the bathroom of a flat on the first floor leading to the light in the bathroom in the flat below failing. Sophie Shepherd both dealt with the leak very promptly even though it was Christmas Eve. Sophie got landlord permission to take up tiles, arranged for a plumber to repair the leak and then arranged for an electrician to replace the bathroom light in the flat below. All of this was done whilst keeping me well informed of progress. This was essential as I have LPA for the owner and resident of the ground floor flat and who is a vulnerable adult.

GoogleI would like to say that this property has a differentiated service. As a customer, I really felt that people care about my quest. Most agencies do not return or because I have difficulty in English (which is my case) they leave us "in the air" and do not care. But with THOMAS and the team in Kingston this experience was really positive and it is through people and companies like this that the world is better. All the best for all.

GoogleThomas and Matthew helped us to find and secure in a very efficient and quick way our new home, so we’re looking forward to moving in. We were receiving professional and considerate service, very prompt responses and support throughout the process. Can’t really find any fault to complain. After unexpected changes we were placed in a position of moving out and looking for a new place to live. After several viewings we almost lost our hope to find a place we really like. Unfortunately our current agency didn’t even offer any help to us even after being with them for years.

GoogleAlex Robins from Snellers has been a great agent. He helped me adjust my original offer on a rental property, which gave me the best chance at being the chosen tenant, and it worked! I doubt I would have been accepted otherwise. When I couldn't provide prefered documentation for the application process, he helped me through alternative routes to getting my tennancy application through. This was always timely and relieved the stress. I would definitely recomend Alex and the Snellers team at Kingston.

Snellers Teddington have been excellent all throughout our tenancy. Snellers estate agents have been managing my property for approximately 5 years and the level of service has been amazing. When there was a major issue with my flat it was Sophie Sheppard who delivered what I can only describe as going above and beyond for me, dealing with incredibly incompetent people plus organising the insurance payments I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Sophie I don’t know what I would of done. Sophie and Bethany have been a brilliant support to my husband and I whilst in a 7 year let in a property they manage.Initially we were given a designated agent to contact and that seemed to change all the time. But in recent years Sophie and Bethany have been managing the lets and things have greatly improved, due to that consistency of care. Sophie in particular has been great - she knows us now and the quirks of the Victorian property itself and the ins-&-outs such a period property can have. Sophie has never left us in limbo and has always moved on things quickly and helped our landlady keep this Victorian lady still standing & comfortable.As lifelong renters we have experienced many ups and downs with agencies, but Snellers has by far and away been the best we’ve had. If we weren’t moving out of the area, we would have looked to move into another of their managed properties going forward, as a result of the service and support we’ve received as renters. Consistency and good support are rare in letting agencies, but Sophie & Bethany & their team have managed it consistently for us in our time as their tenants.

I let a flat in Teddington, through Snellers Estate Agents. I have found them to be quick to find new tenants and always happy to advise/discuss what improvements can be made to the flat to make it more attractive.In addition to the speed of reletting, the team (Holly in particular) has been great co-ordinating multiple fixes at my flat and keeping everyone up to date with progress and feedback. It has made my life a lot easier.
