We managed to secure our letting in a week. The process was really smooth and Marcos was really helpful throughout the process. We couldn’t see the property in the first place however they happily managed to fix a viewing afterwards. Highly recommend!

We have a ‘to let’ sign outside our house. Apparently that means this estate agent can post three letters through our door in the space of 24 hours, one of them asking we call them to discuss the sale. We are not dealing with this estate agent and, for the record, will not do so in future. We have a sign on the door saying ‘No junk Mail’ and another sign saying please do not knock because we have a newborn baby. The letter box makes a very loud noise, and knocking on the door just after you have posted a letter which says ‘sorry we missed you’ is just rude. The fact that they can’t read (or choose to ignore?) either sign makes me very concerned about their ability to sell a house. Please stop harassing us. We already have representation for selling our house. Thank you.

Great service. Snellers have been very responsive to any queries or issues raised and always easily accessible on the telephone. They are empathetic and professional and have responded in a timely manner to emails. Foysol Ahmed recently has been of great help to me personally; his empathy, understanding and efficiency is commendable. Any interaction I have had with the staff in lettings and in property management has been positive.

I sold my property in Isleworth through Snellers St Margarets. The team were brilliant from start to finish, providing regular communication and managing my sale with professionalism whilst also making the process enjoyable. A sale was made quickly and the process was fast and efficient. I’m already moved and in my new home faster than expected. Hitesh Patel looked after the sale and was a pleasure to liaise with. His advice and support guided me through selling my first property making it a straight forward process. He kept in regular contact with my solicitor and got back to me quickly with messages from the buyers. Hitesh was always happy to answer any queries I had. Andy and Dyaun in the Snellers office were also a pleasure to liaise with and gave a great deal of helpful information and support. I would not hesitate to sell with Snellers again in the future, they are an excellent team of estate agents.

GoogleExcellent experience using Snellers Kingston as our letting agent. We are moving abroad in July and appointed Snellers (Rob as agent, and Bethany as property manager) to manage the process. They found tenants extremely quickly (didn't even need to market broadly) and have been on the ball ahead of getting our tenants in with the necessary checks and tests etc. Very responsive team and a pleasure to work with.

Isabella is a great property manager . She recently took over from my previous property mgr (who was also fantastic) I am an overseas landlord and she made the effort to meet me when I was back in UK so she could introduce herself. She is communicative and checks in regularly to make sure all is ok. This is v reassuring to an overseas landlord so we can be kept informed. When I asked her to send photos of a recent renovation that had to be done on my property she obliged in a very timely manner. 5* service!

The property is managed by them too , a special thank you to Isabella who has been amazing and so helpful.
