GoogleMe and my husband Peter were extremely happy with the service provided yesterday with young Ellen. She was a glow of light and a very interesting human being. Her professionalism helped us find a nice new home to rent in Kingston and our son Grenville is chuffed with his new bedroom (that Ellen offered her artistic opinion and colour knowledge on). Would recommend her and use again!

GoogleAaron Fakolujo gave me the most valuable advice and genuinely had my best interest at heart in my search for a property to purchase in Kingston. It can be quite difficult to make sense of all the information (or misinformation!) one receives. Smellers will take the time to explain everything clearly. I have been renting a flat through Snellers for 1 year now and I am generally happy with my overall experience apart from a few little things. I must highlight the brilliant customer service received from Sophie Sheppard though. She is very professional On one occasion I lost my patience and my cool which was not good. It wasn't her fault but she handled it very professionally and gracefully and still helped me fully to resolve the issue. I had to apologise after.
