Overall I felt like KFH dropped the ball on our purchase. The person handling it left half way through and they failed to tell us. Secondly Daniel Webster is pretty rude to females on the phone and doesn’t let you get a word in edgeways. Amir sat there in a time of crisis and wasn’t helpful, he didn’t go above and beyond to help. I gave 2 stars because some of what happened wasn’t their fault but rudeness from Daniel really let them down here. He chased us to hurry on exchange and then they failed to make it happen on the Friday that we were ready.

We were lucky enough to work with Sawan as our mortgage broker in Muswell Hill, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, we had a lot to learn but Sawan was so helpful, informative, and patient while negotiating highly competitive deals for us. He was also so friendly, which made things even better, and always happy to hop on the phone if needed for any last-minute questions. I’d highly recommend Sawan to anyone looking for a trusted mortgage advisor. Excellent service from my initial contact with the manager Stuart Banham, through to the various negotiators I dealt with at the Muswell Hill branch, but in particular Charlotte (Lottie) Smith, who mostly dealt with my transaction, she was always very helpful and available, a pleasure to deal with. I received a professional service with regular updates - I was particularly happy with the weekly calls to go through the activity on my flat for the previous week. My calls were answered promptly and call backs were made if the person was unavailable when I called. Everyone I dealt with at the MH office was polite, professional and friendly. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH, and would certainly use them in the future.

He was very responsive to any questions I had, and was proactively looking for the best rates for me (sometimes even when I hadn't requested) - he was certainly going above and beyond what I would have expected. The incredible patience of Rossen. There were problems with the LPE1 form. The Company Sec was terribly slow in filling out the details of the freehold. It was endless and I thought I would lose the client. Rossen managed to hold onto her. He was helpful and kept calm, though it was the longest sale he ever had and at times really annoying.I am full of admiration for him and extremely grateful for his guidance. KFH are extremely professional and I certainly recommend them.

It was a truly awesome experience working with KFH to find the beautiful and comfortable flat we now live in. Kevin Galvez Andrade of Blackheath office was of immense help from start to finish of the letting process, even when we had missed out on the first 2 flats we viewed, Kevin still offered us a third option and worked extra hard to ensure we meet up with all required checks and especially the move in date. The sales process was smooth and highly professional. I visited the office spontaneously and Claudio Pinto Correia immediately went with me to view the property I had for sale in Holland Park and quickly prepared and sent me a valuation. Soroush Prado is very professional and a very good negotiator (even on holiday in a different timezone he answered my emails promptly). The company were helpful with the moving out of furniture as I was away at the time of completion. And excellent company which I highly recommend.

I would give her 6 stars if I could! I googled a search term similar to …find me the best estate agent in South West London…and Aarti’s name came up. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew why she already had so many great reviews. From the outset, Aarti’s professionalism, efficiency and focus around driving the sale through has been fantastic. This is helped by the fact that she is very personable, positive, easy to discuss things with and her manner is calm, reassuring and refreshingly straightforward. She's also always at the end of the phone or an email and responds quickly. Aarti found a buyer very quickly, kept a close eye on every stage of the sale and made sure all parties knew what was happening and when. She puts a lot of work into joining up all the dots, making sure confusion doesn’t arise and everyone is on the same page at the same time so the process stays on track. Her attention to detail was consistently high throughout. I would like to say a huge thank you to Aarti for taking the stress out of what can be an emotional process for a seller (and for buyers too of course). I am so pleased she looked after the sale of my property.

I recently had the pleasure of selling my flat through the KFH Tooting branch, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, Silas, Dan, Antony (and the whole team) were absolutely exceptional.Silas was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the process with ease and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. He was always available to answer our questions, providing clear and concise explanations that made the entire experience stress-free. Dan and Antony the same, especially as our sale wasn’t “text book”. They were also always around to answer my questions and help me navigate the process. Having contacted a few estate agents I am beyond thrilled we chose this team to sell our flat. I highly recommend KFH Tooting, and will definitely be returning to them for any future property needs. I worked with the Streatham branch of KFH who had sold my flat to me 36 years ago. They were superb, sold my flat for me, off market, in 4 days and the sale was complete in 8 weeks, I couldn’t ask for a smoother process. I worked with Caitlin who knew all the right buyers, kept in constant touch and offered me great advice, kept the process moving along, and worked closely with me till the sale was complete. KFH had my complete confidence throughout. I also recommended them to my neighbour who has now also sold her property. A brilliant outcome.

KFH approach to Landlords is a similar a\pproach that bad landlords have to tenantsHaving agreed a % a different amount was put on the portal for us to sign on two different occasions.One tenant vacated our property so the other tenant could share with his girlfriendThe tenant had been at the property for 3 years and KFH were collecting commission every 3 months, Despite having agreed to continue the arrangement in writing they took a years commission from the rental and have refused to return it quoting" this is our standard practice" Do not deal with them via their portal get everything emailed in a PDF file

The team at KFH Chiswick were exceptional. Liam stood out for his warmth, authenticity, expertise and genuine passion for our property. His advice was clear and sensitively delivered. Craig handled the day to day viewings and delivered an agreed sale, above asking price, in under two weeks. The whole team were polite, extremely responsive, on top of the details and hustled on our behalf to get the deal done. All in, we went from offer acceptance to completion in 8 weeks, which was very fast. We had some issues with the solicitor acting on behalf of our buyer who created some additional stress due to a late funds transfer (the day of the move). Whilst this wasn't KFH's fault, it was a KFH recommended solicitor. Luck of the draw I guess. KFH handled the hurdles and stress this introduced admirably and in the end we exchanged and completed successfully on the same day. It was a white knuckle ride with everyone driving hard. I would question KFH on who they recommend if your buyer uses their referral service. Overall, this was a blip and I recommend KFH Chiswick without hesitation. A great service at a highly competitive price delivered by genuinely lovely people. My opinion of estate agents is forever transformed. Bravo.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We had a viewing BOOKED AND CONFIRMED for 6.25pm. We turned up at 6.20pm. Nobody was at the property. We rang and were told the viewings had finished for the day. On top of this, we were also told 'It's 6:32 you are late' without being asked when we arrived or any understanding. We were sent a video of the property and told if we liked it to offer by 8am the next morning. Absolutely shocking. We also emailed the estate agent about the viewing and asked what happened and never received a response. All they cared about was that other people had seen the property and they knew they would be getting an offer. No consideration for me and my partner adjusting work arrangements, travelling to the property, to then be stood up and not be given the chance to view. No follow up to us contacting them either. Very, very poor experience. Disappointed but not surprised by the sheer incompetence.
