GoogleWe originally had our property on with another agent for 3 months, with only a slow trickle of viewings, price reductions, no offers and a frustrating lack of communication. We spoke to a few agents when looking for an alternative and felt like Will really listened to us and wanted to help (unlike the others who felt very pushy/salesy!). His communication throughout the whole process has been excellent. Always willing to answer questions and give advice and guidance through what is quite a stressful time! Whenever we spoke to anyone else at KFH, they were also super helpful too. I would highly recommend using Will as your agent if you are looking at buying/selling - thanks Will!

GoogleGreat team here, found a lovely place thanks to Holly Witherington! She was extremely professional, polite and friendly - always replying to our emails quickly. Throughout the whole process: arranging the viewing, showing me around the property, following up with the offer and finalising the tenancy agreement, Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We're tenants, and our initial enquiry was regarding a property different to the one we're moving into now, she had suggested alternative properties - which is great because this one is much nicer. Final thanks again, finding a place has been stressful but Holly and the KFH team have definitely made it easier! Wish you all the best Holly!

GoogleFinding a property in a new country can be daunting, but thanks to Linnea and the Kingston team at KHF, my experience was smooth sailing! Before I even arrived in the UK, Linnea sent a video of the property. Then, once I landed, she arranged a physical viewing at my request. The entire process, from that first glimpse to making an offer and moving in, was handled efficiently and professionally. The whole Kingston team was friendly and approachable. We worked with Katarina Hambalkova to arrange our mortgage in the middle of a chain. Ms Hambalkova is extremely professional, nonweldable, and engaged. We had multiple check ins in the process of getting to exchange and completion and she was always "on it" to check that lenders conditions had not changed for the better - such that a new offer would have been better for us.Even when we got very close to the wire she was able to find a better offer and processed it in a heartbeat to get it to the solicitor in the span of an hour in time for exchange of contracts the day after.I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Exceptional service from Martin and the Kinleigh team in Ealing. When facing an unforeseen issue during the purchase of our first home, we initially thought we would need to withdraw from the sale. However, Martin calmly assured us that the purchase was still possible and provided valuable advice we hadn't considered ourselves. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed, and working with Martin and the team was remarkably straightforward. We genuinely couldn't have got the property without his assistance and are truly grateful for the service we received. Even after completion, they continued to assist with general questions and put us in touch with builders. In what could have been a very difficult purchase of a flat with each day bringing a new complication Eden provided assistance and reassurance making the process as easy as possible. If you need to purchase or sell a property and want a guarantee that the estate agent will work to ensure that the needs of the buyer and sellers are met so that you are both happy then look no further than Eden.Having worked with several estate agents in my personal property hunt I can confidently say that Eden was by far the most professional, helpful and friendly agent I had the pleasure of working with and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market.

They have been the worst lettings agency I have ever been with. We had a delayed contract due to expired electrical safety certificate, we felt pressured to offer more rent and were very rushed into our decision. We didn't know any details about our move in day until I contacted the landlord directly the day before. Now 3 months in and any repairs I have had to work directly with the landlord, and now there is an emergency leak, there is no emergency contact number to use, nor does the online form work correctly to report this issues. I would never go with KFH.

While we have had mixed experiences with a lot of agents, our experience with KFH has been brilliant. Euan, Sawan, Ravi and Sharon from the team in Highgate helped us to find a place and made the whole process much easier than we could have hoped, especially as they had to handle issues with our mortgage. KFH management of rental property have been a nightmare to work with. There emails are not clear. There communication is terrible- never allowing transparency of actions, just billing me or arranging works and then telling me what they will cost. Often their billing statements repeat costs from previous months- and its not clear if they are double billing or their internal service just has not dealt with it yet. Also the turn over staff to manage my property was so frequent creating no continuation, so when works were quoted for- the next person never knew what they were for and we had to start again, meanwhile issues got worse. Every time I called or emailed to be called back it would be days before they got back to me. And apologies for incompetency was always too little too late. Warning if considering having them manage your property- they are hard work!

I am hugely grateful to Will for his excellent communication and support throughout the house-buying process. He was exceptionally prompt in his replies, and always patient with my many questions, being a first-time buyer. I felt throughout the process that Will had my best interests at heart, and would absolutely use Will in the future. I would highly recommend using Will as an agent in purchasing a house. The solicitors that were recommended via KFH were competent and professional, and the process was seemless.

Amazing! … And true to fact we have been happy purchasers with everything she said holding true. KFH with Kemi and the team were quite diligent and professional. The transaction went as smoothly as it could despite the fact we were doing this on the back of another sale. There was need for patience, understanding and allighnmnets which Yasmin ably provided between the two parties and the office delivered effectively. Highly recommended ..

I sold my flat with KFH and chose them due to the initial reception from the manager, Alex, and also because they offered a short term commitment whereby you can jump ship if you feel you need to.I didn't need to. They have a good database and pull out all the stops in that initial period. I had an offer I could accept before the listing was even published.I primarily dealt with Millie and sometimes Alex. They are both good and sales and very proactive. They kept on the case with the solicitors, which was very much needed at times.I'd sell through them again.There was a couple of clangers with the admin side of things but I spotted the mistakes and they rectified quickly. Nothing to hold against them, just a reminder to be 'on it' yourself at all times in the process.... Including with your own solicitor. Just the nature of these things with the amount of people involved and all the paperwork.Thankyou Millie and Alex and everyone else involved in the sale!

Her due diligence & ability to connect with the client resulted in me finding my new home. She eradicated the stress & has honestly allowed me to focus on the excitement of starting a new chapter. TrustpilotDon’t choose Joel as your agent
At the beginning, Joel was reactive, but he became more pushy the minute my offer got accepted. We agreed that the lease extension was on its way (in February) … I went on holiday and the whole week the guy did not stop pushing for me to get a lawyer. He recommended the agency’s lawyer and said that the purchase will go off if I do not have a lawyer by the end of the week. He said that the other party is more than ready and that they have a London lawyer, as KFH advised, and they are ready to close the deal. He insisted that I should take the lawyer that the agency advised. After looking at the KFH agency for lawyers rating in Google reviews, I saw that the agency acts like a broker for the lawyers, once they give you one, if she/he is not responsive, the fault is yours and the agency does not get involved anymore… I did my research and looked for my own lawyer. I choose one that has very good ratings for this kind of deal, but the criticism from Joel did not wait: “why did you take a lawyer outside of London?”/ “why did you not choose one of our lawyers? They are more prepared”/ “I looked into the Google rating for the lawyer you picked [4.5 against the agencies 3 points] and they are not good”. I just ignored his comments as I wanted to proceed with the transaction. Everyone told me that this can take up to 3 months to complete. After a month and half, I enquired Joel to know what the situation was. It turned out the other party did not have a lawyer; they were still finding one… After 2 months, stuff started to move a bit, but again stopped, why? My lawyer found out that the other party had only just started the negotiation for the lease extension at the end of May (it was supposed to start in February), so until that is done the sale is on hold… Time went by and my mortgage offer was getting to an end, good old Joel got back to his pushy techniques, blaming my solicitor for everything. After 10 months waiting, finally we got to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Of course, Joel was not going to take responsibility for the agreement I did with him as before putting my offer- he said to me that everything that I see in the apartment is mine if I proposed a certain amount of money, but at the end that was not true and the seller wanted back some stuff. As always, Joel did not take responsibility for what he said with the excuse that he sells properties and not furniture, and talked again of his years of experience as a house seller and in other words I should just go cry to the river… Not the best experience buying a new home.
