GoogleGeorgina Claiden is amazing, we cannot speak any more highly of her. Georgina helped us with our move recently and she has really exceeded expectations. Georgina literally managed everything, even calling Carpet Right when sorting new carpets to make sure they were not late. Moving is always stressful but Georgina delivered consistently and was way more helpful than we could have ever expected. Recommend her and GPEES in comparison to three other high street agencies we have used. Cannot thank Georgina enough! See Georgina if you need a property!!!

We were informed about what was happening every step of the process (unlike the previous rental agent) and they understood and acted upon our requirements. They even recommended a wonderful maintenance company that completed the required work in record time, at a high quality and at a reasonable price. I would happily recommend them to others!

I find it almost laughable how this letting agency behaves. When youβre signing a contract, they bend over backwards to act friendly and helpful, but the second youβre moving out, the entire faΓ§ade collapses. Their true colors show, and suddenly youβre dealing with rudeness, attitude, and a complete lack of basic professionalism.
My experience with this agency at the end of my tenancy was extremely negative, and one staff member in particular, Freya, made the situation even worse. In my opinion, she spoke to me with absolutely no respect and seemed to think that talking to tenants in a dismissive, condescending manner was acceptable.
From my interaction with her, itβs clear she has a lot to learn about how to communicate professionally. Some of the comments she made were completely unnecessary, and honestly, she would benefit from learning when itβs better to keep certain remarks to herself rather than speaking to people the way she did.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing role, and I strongly believe she needs proper customer service training. My overall impression is that she is not equipped to speak with tenants in a respectful or professional way, and that absolutely needs to be addressed.
No member of staff has the right to speak to me the way she did. Because of this, I will be taking this complaint further through the appropriate channels, and I will be sharing my experience publicly so other tenants are aware of how they may be treated. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I refuse to let it go unaddressed.

TrustpilotScammed by branch in Basingstoke, avoid them
These agents in Basingstoke pressured me into making a holding deposit after seeing a property that I was interested in. I provided all the details for reference checks. They later came back telling me that my employers declined giving a reference until my probation is ended which is no fault of mine. I have contacted my employers personally on more than one occasion to get this sorted out, but was not successful. This agency contacted me requesting for a guarantor and as a foreigner, I could not provide the needed guarantor (UK home owner with Β£44k annual salary). The next few hours, the property was back on the market without saying anything to me about my holding deposit. When I contacted them, they told me I have provided false and misleading information (failed reference checks) which was very shocking to me. Avoid them at all cost.

GoogleAs a landlord I would not recommed Gascoigne Pees. Renewal is done via Countrywide which is huge and impersonal. Emails go unanswered and I've been chasing them for weeks.

I cannot thank Emily (head of lettings, Farnham office) enough for finding me new tenants after poor experience with previous agent (a completely different company.) She achieved a 35% increase in gross rent for me, too! I noted more proactivity in 3 weeks from GPees than in 3 years from their predecessors. I was kept fully informed before and after every viewing, and despite most viewings taking place in appalling wet weather there was never a sign of recent footfall across the brand new carpet. If I could give them six stars, I would!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The property was online within a couple of days of Zoe's initial visit, viewings were booked quickly but with consideration of our schedule - with Kim helping us at all stages of the sale too. Janene was also extremely helpful in chasing all parts of our chain to ensure we completed as fast as possible, keeping everyone up to date with the process. Ed was also really helpful and guided us through all of the paperwork, answering any questions we had with as much detail as possible to help us make the right decision for us. All in all we would definitely recommend the team at Chessington - we can't thank them enough for all of their hard work and perseverance!
