GoogleWe have just completed our move into a rental property and this was done via Gascoigne-Pees in Kingston. This is a temporary move due to our own home becoming uninhabitable which also meant we had to do things as quickly as possible. From start to finish the team at Gascogne-Pees have been great and Georgina Claiden in particular. Georgina has acted professionally and in a very friendly manner throughout this whole process. GoogleI’ve recently rented a property through Georgina and she has been amazing! I’ve looked for ages to rent a property with other agencies and none of them felt right until I found Georgina , she helped us move so fast and handled every situation the best she could and I’m very grateful to have had the help from her that I have. Kept me and buyer in the loop and been transperent to me and buyer on key issues and this trust enabled us to conclude this sale. And especially Philip Mack , the manager, who was very friendly, helpful, always contactable, professional and put in so much effort to make a successful sale happen. He took time to talk through the options to facilitate the process and I would think the buyer would have felt the same from their side of things. I would definitely recommend using the Kingston GPees team. (I interviewed five estate agents before making my choice and I am glad I went with GPees)

GoogleGeorgina Claiden is amazing, we cannot speak any more highly of her. Georgina helped us with our move recently and she has really exceeded expectations. Georgina literally managed everything, even calling Carpet Right when sorting new carpets to make sure they were not late. Moving is always stressful but Georgina delivered consistently and was way more helpful than we could have ever expected. Recommend her and GPEES in comparison to three other high street agencies we have used. Cannot thank Georgina enough! See Georgina if you need a property!!!

GoogleWe would like to thank the people at Gascoigne-Pees in Kingston for their professional, courteous and attentive service in assisting us in letting our rental property. Thank you to Georgina and to Aiden for their attention and wonderful feedback. We were informed about what was happening every step of the process (unlike the previous rental agent) and they understood and acted upon our requirements. They even recommended a wonderful maintenance company that completed the required work in record time, at a high quality and at a reasonable price. I would happily recommend them to others!

These agents in Basingstoke pressured me into making a holding deposit after seeing a property that I was interested in. I provided all the details for reference checks. They later came back telling me that my employers declined giving a reference until my probation is ended which is no fault of mine. I have contacted my employers personally on more than one occasion to get this sorted out, but was not successful. This agency contacted me requesting for a guarantor and as a foreigner, I could not provide the needed guarantor (UK home owner with £44k annual salary). The next few hours, the property was back on the market without saying anything to me about my holding deposit. When I contacted them, they told me I have provided false and misleading information (failed reference checks) which was very shocking to me. Avoid them at all cost.

We must give Philip a special thank for his undying enthusiasm who never failed us in sorting out any of our confusion over legal matters. GoogleAs a landlord I would not recommed Gascoigne Pees. Renewal is done via Countrywide which is huge and impersonal. Emails go unanswered and I've been chasing them for weeks.

I cannot thank Emily (head of lettings, Farnham office) enough for finding me new tenants after poor experience with previous agent (a completely different company.) She achieved a 35% increase in gross rent for me, too! I noted more proactivity in 3 weeks from GPees than in 3 years from their predecessors. I was kept fully informed before and after every viewing, and despite most viewings taking place in appalling wet weather there was never a sign of recent footfall across the brand new carpet. If I could give them six stars, I would!
