Luke Parle at Fine & Country was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our house. Always professional but remaining friendly. Very poor experience dealing with this agency. I contacted them with a polite and professional enquiry about a vacant commercial unit. The reply from Jan Merriott was blunt, simply stating the property was under offer, with no greeting or proper engagement. I followed up to express that I’d still be interested if the current deal fell through, and his second reply was sarcastic and dismissive: “OK, I’ll let you know if it falls through.” Maybe he was having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse treating potential customers with such an arrogant and unprofessional attitude. That kind of reply really killed my mood, it left me feeling dismissed and disrespected for no reason. I expected much better from someone working in commercial real estate. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency at all.

Great agency - I have bought with OPA & also sold with OPA. I found OPA's model of buying and selling very smart. Everything is organised and all information is clear from the outset. I have managed to buy an amazing investment with fantastic rental return. You pay a fee which is reasonable, that secures the property. All the information is provided BEFORE you pay, so its quite clear. You decided if you are comfortable before paying and instructing solicitors. It also means the seller is tied in so he cant mess you about. I like the transparency with OPA. The staff also make everything extremely clear before you proceed. The genuineness of the staff is what prompted me to sell my propetry with OPA as I had great experience when buying. I felt I could trust them & they work in interests of buyer and seller. Theres no pushy sales tactics, they know they have a great product & great model, so its just about relationships with them, which is why they are so successful. highly recommended guys. I recently moved into a rented property in Denbigh and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Philippa Buckler at Williams Lettings in Rhuddlan. I asked for the survey to be carried out quickly and the report produced quickly. JWWood did this and charged a sensible price. The report was emailed to me only two working days after the survey. It was extremely useful and easy to read. I had some questions. The surveyor Jonathan Mason was able to phone 3 days later and talk through what I needed to know. My wife & I have bought three investment properties from OPA now over the last 5 years. Excellent service from OPA, particularly Zara Thomas who heads up the investment division.
