GoogleI have known of OPA for some years and heard good reviews from some contacts I have in the property world. This year we have decided to sell stock and approached OPA. I had an initial call with one of the team Zara to review what properties we had available and our expectations. She was able to provide me with information of their sales processes, their marketing strategy and gave an indication of time lines based on market demand for the type of property we had available. fast forward 2 months we have accepted an offer on the first property that OPA took to market and have had a lot of interest in 2 other units. The process and been very easy, receiving regular updates and curtesy calls. Great service have already recommended this company to some of my contacts.

GooglePerfect. I live 180 miles away from Ripon and found Paul and the Davis Lund team were not only willing to do everything for me but also to a high standard.
They have also forged a seamless relationship with Knight Richardson Solicitors meaning nothing is missed and all is done at an impressive pace.
This is the sixth property I've bought and sold but the first with Davis Lund and won't bother calling anyone else, the best thing is both buyer and seller were left informed and happy.
