View AgentsHighly recommended
Curchods were brilliant from start to finish. Rupert was extremely responsive from the outset and very flexible. the marketing material for our property looked superb and they delivered on their promise getting it sold. Once a sale was agreed Jenny was also superb, really helping the process along and getting it across the line at the end during a slightly protracted exchange process.

There is no higher endorsement of good service than a recommendation to friends and family. Churchods certainly earns that recommendation. Rupert and Jenny were excellent, got us the priced promised and dealt quickly and effectively with any issues. If we move again there is only one company we will ask to sell our house.

View AgentsSold in one week!
We had our flat to sell with another agent for fifteen weeks without any joy so we gave Curchods a try and felt more confident right from the off and had a firm offer within a week. Found them to be very much on the ball which is what we needed to progress with the sale as quickly as possible. Highly recommended,

View AgentsA Satisfactory Conclusion
After a rather unsatisfactory start the relationship improved resulting in the sale of the property at a price close to what we had ultimately agreed. On reflection the initial anticipated price was too optimistic. This had also been quoted by others so we feel that Curchods cannot really be criticised for that. Altogether a good experience. Thank you.

View AgentsA pleasure to deal with!
The branch manager and his staff were very responsive and professional throughout the process. From the initial valuation, photo-taking, feedback from staff after each viewing, to the negotiation and post-sales, we had a positive experience at all stages of the process.. Would recommend to a friend.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
