GoogleBarnard Macus team in Surbiton are fantastic. We put our flat on the market with them and within a month it went under offer. Georgia and Ben were very helpful thorough out the whole process and guided us well with constant feedback after every viewings and with updates. GoogleDelighted to work with these guys. As a prospective tenant I was quite nervous about approaching a letting agent particularly as I am new to renting. I needn't have worried, Alex Harrison Knox, the letting agent who helped me, was amazing, extremely personable, friendly and 100% professional to the core. The flat that she showed me was lush and the process ran more smoothly than I anticipated. After trying out quite a few different companies this was by far the best one! Would definitely recommend Barnard Marcus Estate agents to anyone looking to rent/buy a property in the near future.
