Belinda Pollard has been offering professional advice and consultation for a highly complex property sale and purchase. Belinda managed to transform a challenging situation into one with a very positive and hopeful outlook - because of her vast knowledge of the property market and mortgages, her financial experience and professional approach. Thanks to Belinda, who is incredibly gifted with numbers and calculations, as well as knowledgeable about the property market, and a very fast thinker, I learned about new information on what I could afford and saved a lot of money that I would not have otherwise been able to do, had I gone with a different advisor. It has been a transformative experience. Belinda is trustworthy and meticulous, and she has your best interests at heart. She is on top of the situation, no matter how complex. Not only that, she is a very clear communicator and has been very kind, honest and reassuring, which is very important when going through a stressful flat sale/purchase process. It can be a complex journey to navigate the world of property, but not with Belinda, who is brilliant. Hence I want to strongly and highly recommend Belinda Pollard's services at Barnard Marcus!

I've been a landlord for five or six years and have never used an Estate Agent before, always did everything myself. Very professional yet polite and patient in her communications, especially when it came to chasing with our employer reference checks which got a bit delayed than we expected. "Glen Fulham" Mortgage Manager was so wonderful and gracious to me during the entire process!" we thank him for all of his help and support to get the mortgage and assisting all of the paper work. After a long and considerable discussion me and my partner finally decided to leave behind the chaos of the city center and relocate to a more quiet, green and serene surrounding that is surbiton. Through alot of research and house surfing we found what to us seemed like the perfect place to call home. Paid the holding deposit and mentally prepared ourselves to move in by the weekend, I mean how hard could it be right? Wrong. After an exhausting examination provided by the referencing company that seemed like it was never going to end, we were relentless, determined and all the while petrified. During the whole process of the referencing it felt as if we would begin the day with one step forward and towards the night we would find our selves two steps back. Somehow the referencing company would find reasons to bring us back into a never ending loop, which become overwhelming and extremely stressful. However we were not alone, the phenomenal team here at Barnard and Marcus especially the help of Rebekah and Christine were crucial in helping us fight through the thickness of it all, it became such an emotional rollercoaster, collectively we became a team and in hopes of achieving one goal. With their support and constant day to day, minute to minute, Email correspondence , whatsapps to even sms and phone calls we were fully connected and in contact which in a way would give us relief and take off some of the pressure, and for that we thank them. And now we are here in our new home, which in itself is still a shock to all of us. And what will remain one of the most interesting interactions we have faced regarding renting a home, will also become one of the most interesting stories to tell.
