GoogleWorst agent I have used. Unprofessional, poor value and unresponsive. Be careful as a residential landlord if you are renting through them to one of their larger commercial tenants. They will rather throw you under a bus than upset them. Avoid them managing your property if you can. Still trying to get the deposit from them even though the tenant vacated over six months ago leaving some rent unpaid and repairs to be done.

GoogleI originally selected Barnard Marcus to sell my house, as after visiting most of the agents in Surbiton, they were the only one to have a number of suggestions on the options/strategies to use. They had clearly thought about the current market and how best to structure their approach to ensure viewings. I especially found the Branch Manager Joanne Hughes helpful and she was always willing to make time to talk through any questions I raised. Both Joanne and Georgia took time to get to know my property, so they could use this knowledge to answer questions from prospective buyers - a refreshing change! I am very glad I chose them as my agents.

Got everything closed out extremely quickly with minimum fuss; kept communication succinct and timely. Very responsive and flexible when needed. Would absolutely recommend using them for lettings. GoogleThe receptionist staff were utterly rude and unhelpful. Train your staff to provide positive and efficient service. That lady doesn't seem to want to work. The worst receptionist team in the 20th century.

GoogleAfter multiple viewings with another agent BM secured an offer, we were happy with, after just one viewing. The team I dealt with were friendly, professional and responsive to my calls and emails. They did a great job for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
