Google6 years ago viewed some properties, and since then CANNOT get them to take me off their contact list, I get unwanted phone calls and texts, despite having spoken to their annoying call centre people, emailed them more than once to say PLEASE STOP. If I was selling or buying I would never use them because of this, there are plenty of estate agents.

GoogleBy far the worst agency in New Malden and surrounding areas. As a buyer it is incredibly frustrating to waste time calling the office to find out the property was under offer or sold months ago! Just a few examples include 3 bed on Myrtle Grove, 3 bed semi on Glebe Gardens - both of these were being marketed online well after they sold - note that the listings did not even state under offer or sold STC like a honest agency would. Instead I would be told the property was sold and put onto multiple mailing lists despite my clear instructions to exclude new builds and flats. I am gathering evidence to submit a complaint, terrible online behavior from such a large chain of estate agents. GoogleWe have just used Barnard Marcus New Malden for the sale of our late mother's house. From valuation to the exchange the whole team have been first rate & professional. We achieved a good price and found three good offers on the open day. I found they always responded quickly to my emails and kept in touch with us and our buyers as the probate progressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleNew Malden branch: Experience dealing with a sale from a buyers perspective. Aaron and Serenah are slow to send and follow up with the Credas link, swift to blame the client in their delay to complete the necessary paper work for the seller, unapologetic in their failings, lack customer care and are solely driven to their own agenda. Jake clearly lacks oversight of his own staff and will always side with his team than to investigate their own short comings. GoogleAll of the team at Barnard Marcus were brilliant at every stage of our sale and ongoing purchase. Easy to deal with but highly professional, efficient but very thorough. Probably their unique selling point is that they are so proactive in making sure constant progress is made; people get contacted, information exchanged and if necessary they will chase and harass anyone who is slacking, which ultimately ensures that things actually get done, essential when dealing with the legal side of buying and selling property. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell property in future as they have helped massively with one of the most difficult, stressful and expensive experiences you are every likely to go through!

GoogleFrom my first initial inquiry with Barnard Marcus to finally completing on the sale of the property (a process which literally only took 2 months from start to finish) I absolutely could not fault their service. The house was on the market for approx 10 days when Tom suggested we should maybe lower the price just a bit - superb advice as I then received 2 offers within 24 hours! All the staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful and I was never once made to feel that I was a nuisance with any of the numerous questions I had for them. In fact, I would happily say that they all went above & beyond what I expected from them & I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

GoogleFor me I felt that I received a really bespoke service. They dealt with the selling of my house and the purchase. All the staff made me feel well looked after. Tom Peare, in particular, looked after me all the way through the process and as it was the first time I had done this on my own that was invaluable and appreciated. The Sales Progression team, in particular, Kecia felt like a friend. Well done Barnard Marcus.
