GoogleI had a appointment for viewing 3days ago. This agents just cancelled 10mins before my viewing appointment. I was waiting in front of the property at that time. They are not really helpful. And, I felt they are racist.

I greatly appreciated how prompt they were at getting back to me about any queries I had, and they were proactive at keeping me updated throughout. We feel confident Barnard Marcus will achieve, we have to be patient, flats are not selling as fast as previous years, but I'm sure the apepetie for purchasing flats will pick up, Barnard marcus are working extremely hard for us.

The follow up action wasn't always so good - a lack of information at times - but to be fair, this was during lockdown. But I managed to move house at the start of July 2020 (which didn't sound possible at one time) so I have no complaints.PositiveProfessionalism

I called Barnard Marcus to get some advise and to see if I could switch agents, I found Natalie the Lettings manager extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable.
