GoogleCommunication absolutely rubbish. Once your in a tenancy agreement forget any further correspondence. One agent very rude, even put the phone down after admitting and apologising that she didn't pass on some information when she should have done.
Avoid them, very rude and never follow up on repairs needed to property.
Disgraceful!
