GoogleThis estate agent knocked on my door today and asked my children to stop playing football and games in the garden as they had house viewings next door - this is unacceptable!

GoogleWe’ve had two viewings with Akash at Heritage and both times he’s been very professional and knowledgeable. Always punctual to viewings and has the right information available. He’s also been quick to answer emails and calls which makes such a difference in the rental market. Would recommend heritage to anyone looking to rent!

GoogleI have used Heritage for a number of things over the past 6 years. I bought a house through them, rented it out through their managed service, and have just recently sold this house through them. They have been absolutely brilliant! I honestly cannot fault them on a single thing. Every member of the team has been responsive, professional, efficient and friendly and I have been blown away by the help and support they have offered me, plus their knowledge of the housing market. I truly felt like I was in safe and capable hands. I would 100% recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleRachel and all the staff at Heritage Estate Agency are all fab! We had a difficult road to completion made more tense by the fact that we had to move back to the US before completing! Rachel listened to us and helped mitigate the difficulties we were facing with her honesty and kindness. The experience from beginning to end was top notch to say the least. Thank you!

GoogleAs a multi property landlord I wasn’t very impressed with this company as firstly they took 3 days to respond to my email which wasn’t a good start telling me they were too busy (well get more staff then!) and secondly were not prepared to offer any sort of discount for a substantial portfolio account which this would’ve been

GoogleIf you're looking for some calm during the Storm of 2020, we'd definitely recomend buying with Heritage. They've made our house hunt enjoyable by their agents knowing the areas, sharing personal anecdotes and at the same time allowing us the space to explore properties on our own. We happily bought our first home and can't thank Heritage enough! Thank you for the continuous updates and not allowing COVID to prevent you from the providing fantastic and professional service.
