GoogleWe have been using Heritage as our letting agent for more than 12 years. Most of the time dealing with Charlotte and Tony for there personal care and service. Any problems always dealt with immediately for both parties. Great service.

GoogleUnfortunately we had a rather poor experience when buying a house with Heritage. Throughout the sale they were very helpful but on the day of completion we were given keys which weren't able to open the front door. One of the agents had used the keys earlier in the week and since he locked the door no-one was able to open it again. We understand that this can happen but the reaction from another agent was really disappointing who told us that they had done their job and the fact that the lock was broken was nothing to do with them (they had also left a key internally in the back door meaning we couldn't access that way). We had 2 moving vans and 2 small children stood on the doorstep in the rain and the agent just wanted to leave and told us to take it up with the solicitor if we wanted someone else to pay for a locksmith. We did eventually get in by removing most of the lock ourselves but the agent was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout, we felt as though getting us access to our new house would be part of their responsibility but at a very minimum understanding our frustration and helping find a locksmith etc. Really wouldn't have cost them anything. It was a real shame because up until that point they were helpful but I would seriously recommend using someone else to avoid being treated as we were on moving day.

GoogleI was a landlord with Heritage for 20 years. Their advice and professionalism means that my property has been let successfully, with several long term tenants. The help provided by the lettings team when selling the property was invaluable. I don't live close to the property that I let so I rely on Heritage to give me to keep me informed about any issues that need addressing. I sold the property using their sales team. Excellent service ensuring all the issues raised by the buyer and their solicitor were dealt with and I had all the information I needed to ensure the sales was done on time. Having worked with both departments, I can honestly say they are a great team and it's a shame that my dealings with both the house and this group of people are now over.

GoogleIt's our second experience of moving house with Heritage and we thoroughly recommend them for these reasons: - excellent communication with us at all points - always on hand via email / phone - excellent management of and communication with all parties in a very long chain - tremendous expertise in local sector - always approachable and supportive (they appreciate moving house is a big deal and are there to help) - great advice, even down to little details like prepping house for pictures We are so grateful to all staff who used their knowledge and expertise to support us with our move. Thank you!

GoogleThe rent department and sales both are very un professional and rude, had very bad experience with response from the maintenance team, ,my experience with there sales department is also very bad they put the house in the market on the lower price to attract the costumers and then take it to the highest price like auction house , very disappointed experience, we had that experience with three properties that were on sales with Heritage .

GoogleWhilst it makes me laugh at the comment left by the owner that my review is somehow conjured from the imagination... I would like to take this opportunity to state the valuer who came out was named Jess B, the property was on Allens Croft Road B14, you came out on the 16th August to view and emailed my daughter on 17th august with the summary so please check your history. Secondly, my daughter had a similar encounter of your snooty attitude during the same period or a month later when she phoned to be put on a contact list for houses on the 150k mark in and around Kings Heath to which the advisor laughed and said “youre looking at a flat with that budget” and did not put her on any list and nor did she want to be, well my daughter went on to view more than 4 houses within the area at 150k and purchase one. AVOID AVOID AVOID. *Edited above* When Heritage came to view my house in Kings Heath they said to put it up for 150k and 160k would be a push. We got a quote from them because they were the leading sellers in KH. Well they are leading because they undersell as we just sold the property for 180k and the lowest offer we received was 165k. Try dixons or baistoweves and steer clear of this firm and their snooty attitude.

GoogleWe sold our property with Heritage in June 2021 mid pandemic and considering all associated issues at the time, Vanessa, Rachel, Jessica and Paul were fantastic. Communicated well, were polite, honest and realistic with the selling price. Having stayed in the area we will most definitely use again!

GoogleWhen we were looking for a place to rent in Kings Heath, Jenny Hill gave us a great service. Very proactive in contacting us with new lets coming available and sympathetic to our needs. It didn't feel like we were rushed into choosing the first place and an ideal location presented itself shortly after Jenny became involved. Since then I have found the staff to always be attentive and the things that matter (emergencies etc) are dealt with promptly.
