I am so grateful to the whole team at Heritage. I built a lovely relationship with the viewing team, especially Sandy, who was really in tune with what I was looking for, as well as being really sensitive to the emotional impact of the move being as a result of divorce. They were always really responsive and accommodating in setting up appointments. When it came to the purchase, Paul was excellent in negotiating between me and the sellers. With multiple offers on the table, it was not a straightforward process, but I felt supported and treated fairly, and an outcome was reached that was good for all parties. Once the sale was agreed Rachel dedicated herself to getting to completion, keeping communication open across estate agents, solicitors and sellers, and ensuring that things were moving at pace at every stage. Through what is almost always a very stressful time, I knew that Heritage were on it and had my back.

I recently purchased my first house through Heritage and they were so kind, efficient, and helpful through the completely alien and quite stressful process. Everyone I encountered on the team was absolutely lovely, perfectly professional and informative but also very friendly and easy to talk to - really adding a personal touch to the proceedings. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your help and assistance in selling my late fathers property, the situation we found ourselves in was very stressful and our emotions were all over the place. We recently sold our 2 bed in Kings Heath with Heritage (and viewed A LOT of houses with them too). Estate agents get a bad rep but we wouldn't have got the price we did without their support. From Paul's valuation (which got us 2 above asking price offers within a week) to all the viewings Sandy took us on to Rachel and Vanessa supporting us through all the negotiations, they kept us informed and were incredibly patient.
