We used Heritage to sell our Kings Heath home and also spoke to them when we were house hunting a few years previously previously, and on both occasions they have been superb to deal with. Sharp, professional and really knowledgeable. The photos and videos of our property were brilliant, the viewings done incredibly easily and quickly, with minimal fuss and disruption. Within a week of going on the market we were sold. They were always on hand to help us through the process thereafter and I couldn't have asked for a better agent, would highly recommend Vanessa, Rachel and the team at Heritage

Worked with Heritage to sell my property in the Kings Heath area late Jan/early Feb 2025 - they were incredible from start to finish. At the first visit/valuation, Vanessa provided expert advice, honest feedback and an overview of the current market, which led to an easy decision to go with the team vs other agents. I felt they understood what was important to me in the sale but also in the process: good communication, realistic/honest advice and speed - not rushing, but efficiency. They moved fast to market the property - with great imagery, video and quality copy/content - as well as keeping me posted on interest from go-live date and feedback from viewings. The property was only on the market a matter of weeks before a sale was agreed, with strong counsel provided on the various offers for me to consider and an equally efficient recommended legal team (Convey Us Ltd). I got what I was hoping for in terms of price, and the communication and support throughout the process from Vanessa, Rachel and the wider team was excellent. Cannot fault them. First class service! From the first contact with Jessica, I got a really good feeling about Heritage - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole team is lovely and always ready to answer any question you may have. My sale turned out to be quite complicated and stressful and I was incredibly grateful to have Vanessa at the end of the line. She definitely went the extra mile in chasing my buyers to ensure that the process moved forward as smoothly as possible. It was difficult at times but Vanessa was always there to reassure and so I never felt alone in the process. Not only was she empathetic but also very knowledgeable and experienced. I think we talked practically daily - I actually miss our chats! So glad I chose this estate agency to sell my house! Paul was so friendly and sympathetic to my reasons for selling, and obviously knew the market - he didn't inflate the value of the house to get custom and clearly explained the his reasons behind his valuation. Having now had Heritage act on the sale of my property for the second time in five years, I was again left in no doubt as to why they have the strongest reputation in Kings Heath. Throughout the process I was assured of being in good hands thanks to their knowledgeable professionalism, high responsiveness and scope to go above and beyond. Two examples of this that were particularly noteworthy: 1. At the valuation stage - pricing my property fairly, with their finger firmly on the pulse of the local area. Result: offer at asking price minutes after the conclusion of the first viewing. 2. At the closing stages as we neared exchange of contracts - really going above and beyond in being THE agent (far more so than even my solicitor) I could count on to do exactly what they committed to, when/before they committed to it, including establishing what the state of play was right the way through the chain. Thoroughly pleased with the service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They were calm, professional, experienced and very efficient throughout. They communicated with me regularly, knew exactly what was going on at every point of the process and were calm, kind and understanding. I used heritage to sell our house. The experience was great, excellent communications through the process. Sale picture and video tours they produce are excellent and give a prospective buyer a real feel for what they'll be buying before they've had an in person viewing. They managed then various stakeholders in our chain really well and I always felt they were on top of things making sure issues were addressed in good time to avoid them growing into major problems. What can I say. Heritage were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything from the valuation, photos, right through to exchange of contracts, I can not fault them. Our solicitors were terrible (Beaumont Legal) and they made everything so difficult, but Vanessa, Rachel and Jessica, were relentlessly supportive and gave me advice every step of the way, coordinating all along the chain to get everything pushed through, through what turned out to be a very stressful process thanks to Beaumont.
