Heritage Estate Agency Kings Heath reviews

Heritage have been such a huge help with not just myself but other members of my family when they have needed information. I have been in contact with Jess Butler who has helped me and given me all the information about a property and she has been an angel. She has given me so much help and has had so many (so, so many) phone calls and emails off me (again - you can get a restraining order once everything is sorted haha)! I think Jess is an asset to Heritage estate agents and should be commended so highly. She has really helped a lot and I cannot thank her and the Heritage team for all the constant support. :)

Heritage Kings heath. Helped sell our Dads house after he passed away. We received Anazing Service especially from Paul Racheal and Vanessa. They had a great list of people who helped us with Tidy up. Fencing and even emptying the house with Ian. Can’t recommend them any more than to say 10 STARS.

Personally, would avoid if you see a property being rented out by Heritage. It doesn't matter if you're a good tenant who hadn't caused a single issue, they will still treat you like a criminal and go after every penny they can. Shame really. Two years of very pleasant service only to show their true colours at the end.

Heritage dealt with my sale for me recently and I was very happy with the communication and assistance through the whole process. They priced the house realistically with a good understanding of what was realistic, and the fees were competitive with other agents I approached. At times when the progress seemed very slow or stalled, Heritage (and Rachel in particular) were invaluable in keeping me informed and getting things moving.

What a great team! Rachel was our day to day contact who was excellent but all the team assisted in securing a sale of our previous home. Really professional and assisted greatly in communication between all parties involved. Would 100% recommend Heritage to anyone !

What can I say, other than Vanessa, Sandy and Rachel were exceptional throughout our recent house buying process. They looked after us all of the way. Questions and queries were answered quickly and they made us feel looked after the whole time. Our very first house purchase was done through Heritage, the service was great then as well, 5years ago, when we decided to move on there was only place we could look to to oversee everything. We now have our dream home, thanks to the guys at Heritage for listening to what we wanted and doing a sterling job behind the scenes. 5stars!

Bought my house through these guys 12 years ago, was very happy with the service. So recently, when it was time to sell I just went straight back to Heritage. Great service from Rachel, Paul etc.

Heritage provided a first class service from the initial valuation visit through to a 100% satisfactory completion. The staff worked as an efficient team, providing well-informed advice with good local knowledge and responded promptly and fully to all our questions. They bring a welcome combination of professionalism and friendliness, which we found very helpful and reassuring during what is inevitably a challenging time. I cannnot recommend Heritage too highly.

We sold our house through Heritage approx a year ago and couldn't fault their service - from the initial appointment to the final sale. They arranged viewings for when we were on holiday (so we didn't have to tidy the house more than once!) …

Really nice estate agency with good local knowledge of the area and glad I found my new home in Birmingham through them - they take the time to get to know the vendors and the buyers needs and everyone in the office was patient, prompt and clear when it came down to the anxieties of offering and getting to the completion stage. Would use again either to buy or sell!

Heritage have been the letting agents for our property for six years. We have always found them to be efficient, prompt to respond and pleasant to deal with. They demonstrate integrity in considering the best interests of both the tenant and the landlord.

Excellent support from Heritage team (Vanessa, Rachel and Sandy) for my property purchase. From my viewing time to the deal close, they were so helpful in sharing continuous update on the progress and often guided me to take the right decisions in some difficult times. They were also so patient in answering my queries throughout these period. Thank you so much for all your support.

Heritage were a great estate agent to use; so much so that we used them for both buying and selling our house. Communications were excellent throughout (wish we could say the same for our solicitor) and we couldn't have asked for more from Heritage. I'd highly recommend them!

The whole team at Heritage were very professional and extremely efficient. They did everything they could to ensure the purchase went through smoothly, even though outside parties tried to cause problems. I can recommend the Heritage Team unreservedly. Special thanks to Jessica, Vanessa and Rachel.

This is the second time I have used Heritage Estate Agents and just like last time I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rachel was particularly good, always very responsive and worked hard to keep the purchase on track, she kept me informed and updated throughout the process. I would recommend Heritage without hesitation.

We have both brought a property from and sold a property, with Heritage Estate Agency. We chose them because they offered favourable terms, a team that were friendly and approachable and we felt supported from start to finish. We can especially recommend Rachel who kept us in the loop the whole time. Thanks again to the team!

Not impressed with Heritage’s policy on putting offer for the property. I have given an offer for a property after the viewing and i received a letter saying that there will be a chance to do a best and final offer after they receive all offers. This wasnt done and it seems they have offered to the person who must have given some bucks to the agent and not the seller of the property. Poor service.
