GoogleHeritage were brilliant when we bought our house. We were first time buyers so this was all new to us. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and always on hand if we needed them. Rachel was amazing and was very quick to reply or answer questions when we had them, which we always did. Would highly recommend them!

GoogleHeritage were excellent from start to finish. They are by far the best estate agents in the area- if you want to see proof of this just compare the images and descriptions that they put online and how quickly these properties sell in comparison to other estate agents. Their valuations are very accurate- and it shows again in how quickly the properties sell. Jessica did an incredible job at photographing our house and putting it up on rightmove. She built up a lot of interest and it was sold STC within 10 days. Despite a few issues further down the line with our chain they also remained extremely helpful (especially Vanessa, Paul and Jessica), going above and beyond what I expected. Even helping us with some issues that came up with the property we were buying despite it being with another estate agent in the area. All of the staff at the Kings Heath Office were exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout the purchase process and i cannot thank them enough for all of the support they gave us, even though technically we hadn't employed them! The staff were courteous, understanding and professional and went above and beyond to help us and the seller. Their communication and advice has been invaluable to me in difficult times. I am so pleased to be moving to a new rental property with them as my estate agents and look forward to knowing that as a renter I can trust them to provide me excellent service. Charlotte and her team are personable, understanding and provide excellent communication as well as honesty and reassurance. Every member of the team I have seen over the past year has been accommodating and friendly when it comes to repairs, viewings etc. I have no doubts that when I come to buy a property I will be contacting them first!

GoogleFrom valuation to completion we had the most outstanding, friendly and professional service from Heritage Estate Agents in Kings Heath. A buyer was found for my mom’s house within days and it sold very quickly to that buyer - we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more from the whole team, thank you to everyone involved. We’d like to give a special thank you to Charlotte who came out to see us first & do the valuation. Charlotte was kind & understanding when we needed her to be but she was also honest, realistic & throughly professional throughout so from that first meeting with Charlotte, the decision to sell mom’s house through Heritage, was an easy one to make. After our initial meeting we were introduced to Rachel who instantly made us feel welcome and in safe hands. Rachel was excellent at keeping us informed by phone or email & she was always available to us when we needed any advice or updates. Rachel has extensive knowledge & experience so it was so easy to leave matters in her very capable hands. We’re so glad we chose Heritage to sell our mom’s house & we highly recommend their services :)

GoogleVanessa Pegg and her team at Heritage acted as our Estate agents for the sale of our house. From beginning to end, the team were attentive to every detail. We experienced a difficult and long chain for this sale but Vanessa stayed on top of it throughout to ensure that it progressed and came to a successful conclusion. Moreover, showings of our house were handled promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this Estate agency for the sale of your property.

GoogleI have recently sold a house through Heritage Estate Agency and would highly recommend them. We had a very tight timeframe to get the house on the market and Paul went out of his way to give a valuation and get the paperwork to us within a couple of days allowing us to go on the market within the week. The team facilitated multiple viewings and communicated very well with us and prospective buyers. Rachel took over the sale completion and was always available for queries and fantastic at chasing up recalcitrant solicitors. I bought the house from them previously and in both interactions they have been friendly, professional and thorough. I would use them again.

They have a deep and almost uncanny knowledge of Kings Heath's streets and houses, they gave us excellent advice about pricing, and they found a lot of viewers in what is often a slow period (mid-summer). Most importantly, in what is a stressful process, the staff are all thoroughly nice people who, you feel, are working hard for you to find your buyer. We'd use them again.

GoogleMy family have used Heritage Estate Agents twice now over the last 11 years. Firstly to buy the house and now to sell it. On both occasions firstly my parents and now my sister and I have found them to be excellent in all respects. Operating in the King's Heath area meant they knew the values and market place well. The services they provided were all well delivered and reasonably priced. Being independent meant they focused on the customer more. It is often said "People buy from people", this sentiment is true with Heritage, the team were friendly and professional on all occasions. Selling and buying a house is very stressful, but Heritage made it alot less stressful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The team are very reliable in helping to move things through quickly, and communicative and responsive as to updates or questions you might have. Our most recent house move was done exceptionally quickly with the house going from not being on the market, to completing, in just 10 weeks. That was only made possible with the help of the Heritage team! Would strongly recommend.

However Heritage made it a lot less stressful than it could've been by consistently communicating in a clear and sensitive way, offering us support throughout the process. GoogleWe have been using Heritage for renting out our family home whilst temporarily seconded aboard. They have been absolutely fantastic in the whole process, from finding suitable tenants, helping arrange the necessary checks and certificates for the property and efficiently dealing with any repairs. They have been very friendly and efficient and we really recommend them!
