I bought a house through Heritage and everything went smoothly, so I chose them again when I sold it 4 years later. It proved out to be an excellent decision. The team was extremely efficient, super responsive, very knowledgeable and had my back at every step of the way despite a fairly painful sale (through no fault of their own!). I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

The lovely staff at Heritage were super helpful from start to finish of my house purchase. I had a bit of trouble with the vendor's solicitors, and Heritage went above and beyond in helping get it sorted. Will definitely be using them again in the future when needed and would 100% recommend their services!

We had a great experience with Heritage from start to finish. They were helpful and professional throughout each stage of our house sale and were easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend them for their personal touch and detailed knowledge of the area and market.

I have sold two properties and purchased one through heritage. I can not fault them. They are extremely professional and put you at ease guiding you through the processes of buying and selling. All the staff are personable and approachable. They are a small local firm and for me this was a huge plus, they know the market and so important to keep things local these days. I have recommended them to friends and family on a few occasions. I honestly don’t think there are better agents in Kings Heath!

We recently sold our house through Heritage Estate Agents and subsequently rented the same house back through Heritage, as we were having work done on our newly purchased property. The staff at Heritage are absolutely fantastic, they helped us with all of our queries and offered support and guidance above and beyond the call of duty. There are other cheaper estate agents out there but you will not get the same level of helpful, friendly and professional service as you will at Heritage. I would definitely recommend Heritage to anyone who is looking to sell or rent a property.

We have used Heritage Estate agents for both of our sales within the last 5 years. We have been so impressed with the whole team’s professionalism. Vanessa really knows her stuff and will be honest with her valuations rather than trying to sell it to you with an inflated estimate. In both of our sales her valuation was spot on. This time round our sale with quite complex. She managed this extremely well. We felt she advocated for us fairly and was able to advise when things weren’t clear. She was also instrumental in us securing our dream house by talking directly to the agent. I have no doubt that we would not have received such an amazing service from any other agent. We are so happy we chose them.

Best estate agent for lettings we have ever dealt with in our 10 years of renting various properties in the West Midlands. Jenny was particularly friendly and organised.

I have been dealing with Heritage for over 8 years now, from the purchase of my property, to letting and now selling the property. Both the sales and letting departments have assisted me throughout this time. I have found all staff to helpful and professional and I have generally been very pleased with both the letting and selling process. Heritage have always been contactable and have answered my queries efficiently. Charlotte, in particular has been extremely reliable and despite her role as Director of the agency has continually made time for me and ensured I have felt I have received a very personal service. I would recommend Heritage Estate Agency for all services; buying, selling, renting or letting.

I recently sold my house through Heritage and I was completely satisfied with my choice of agent. I found them to be thoroughly professional throughout and particularly valued their good counsel and support in considering offers and progressing the sale through delays that were out-with our control. I would happily recommend them to others.
