GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service. We purchased our home through them three years ago and didn't think twice about asking them to value our property when we decided to put it on the market. Their professionalism is unrivalled, and they are genuinely a lovely company of people. Responsive, professional, and caring. I have felt like they have had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Thank you Heritage Team!

GoogleWe are very glad we chose Heritage to sell our house. Paul, especially was great. They achieved an over asking price sale after the first weekend and managed the chain and all the ups and downs really well through to completion. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleEdited review; Property we viewed to rent was substandard - we were given feedback by a Heritage member of staff which essentially told us we were wrong and everyone else loves the property, property was showing signs of damp in all wallpapers walls, had a leak in the roof and black mold in window seals. On that basis I would not reccomend.

GoogleThe team at Heritage are all so helpful and pleasant to deal with. They are really proactive, always quick with responding to any queries and kept us informed throughout our sale and purchase. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleThe letting team were extremely helpful and approachable. The full process was swift and efficient. The property was exactly as stated on the website. High administration and processing fee as with most letting agents.
Many thanks for your comments Laura, much appreciated. I'm sorry that you felt that the fees were high. We have conducted research into the average fees charged by agents and work hard to keep our fees at a level we feel is reasonable in comparison. We hope you are happy in your new home. The Heritage Team.

GoogleI've now tried to view a property 3 times; they were unable to take me around the property after 5.30 pm, then couldn't accommodate earlier, and now, having finally arranged a viewing have cancelled it. Update: I have since agreed to buy a property through them. They have been much more efficient and helpful with this property. Hopefully, my first experience was not representative.
