GoogleHad a problem with a wet room leaking. I was happy to get it sorted within 2 weeks. The gentleman that came was wonderful. I got a new graded floor so the water would run away, he took the horrible gates off and repaired the tiles and he provided a shower curtain that touched the floor. his visit was a joy.

It took 3 attempts and 2 ruined ceilings to fix my leaking roof which I am now waiting for new tiles on order before its finished,management of tradesman don't answer emails or phone out on office on when they are in work pat rent for 20 years and that's what you get and when I ask why I cannot bid on other properties I cant told I can't because I'm already a tenant,I have also been refused right to buy and not been offered any alternatives total sham.

I am a tenant at Sandon Lodge in Seaforth for the last 17 years. I admit their repair sevice is almost non-existent. We have 16 ground floor flats where the tenants have no windows in their bathrooms and no active ventilation for the past 5 years and nothing has been done about it, I have lived in a flat that does not have a kitchen firedoor and is a great risk of fire. We live with the hazard of a penetrating ventilation system in the attic area that allows for a fire and smoke spread throughout the entire building roof structure and nothing is being done to correct the situation. In the event of a fire here all insurances would be declared voidable. If you are the insurers check it out that disclosure was made of all of the issues.

GoogleWorst housing company ever, everything falling apart I reported doors issues 6 years ago nothing happened me and my wife are fed up to be honest, my neighbour had similar issues they ended up getting a solicitor who is helping now I think this is the only language jigsaw understand, my advice is lawyer up ASAP

When it was Adactus it was a lot better All they do is pontificate about how many new houses they have purchased.We are totally getting discriminated against I have put a complaint in in January still no correspondence off them

Should be a zero the service I have received from this company is disgusting the lies I have been told got keys on 24th October to a house that boiler wasn’t working bath taps wasn’t even fitted to bath then leaked through ceiling shed door on order kitchen unit door on order still not resolved bedroom window hanging out still awaiting repair still awaiting snagging list to be carried out complaints involved and still awaiting to hear from lane ends to carry out repairs absolute joke avoid this housing association at all costs they don’t care once they give you the keys constantly having to chase them for responses I have been fobbed off and the stress this has caused is disgusting how you treat your tenants disgusting especially when these faults should of been picked up before I moved in!!!!
