GoogleWatsons Estate Agent is a company to reckon with when it comes to smooth delivery of mortgages. I just had my first home through them. I must say that I am very pleased on how they managed the whole process. They were there when you needed them. They answer all your questions. They constantly update you with the progress of things. I am very pleased with them and I recommend them 110% without a doubt.

GoogleAs an agent for most of my working life I always knew I would approach eventually selling myself with skepticism on promised service and incredibly high expectations. From the very first call to view a property through to accommodation of out of hours appointments and finally securing a great offer with a fantastic buyer I have thoroughly impressed with the team at Watsons. They bring a really great mix of old school estate agency in with modern touches and most importantly for me clear and reliable communication. I don't think I have waited more than an hour for a response yet! Leona and Francesca in particular have handled our sale so far offering considered and concise guidance where needed. Both have made significant efforts to aid our situation and have kept to the high standards they set themselves when Francesca met with us at home to discuss coming with them. From one (albeit previous) agent to another, a huge thank you for everything so far, keep up the incredibly good work, it is no surprise Watsons are as big as they have become in recent years. Really look forward to getting to a completion!

GoogleWe moved house last week, we sold our house within 2 weeks of being for sale with Watsons. I was dreading this move, however from the beginning when Will Watson came out a valued our property to the actual day of completion was amazingly smooth. The whole team are amazing, we were kept in the picture by Alexandra, who has been fantastic through the move journey. They also put us in touch with a conveyancer who was also amazing. I highly recommend Watsons. If you want to sell your house they are the estate agents that can do it!!

GoogleWe were selling a property under probate, the whole process went smoothly with a quick sale as Watsons already had prospective purchasers on their books. Once the sale was agreed Angelina regularly kept us up to date with progress and dealt professionally and effectively with communication between the parties. We would highly recommend Watsons and in particular Angelina.

GoogleDo not waste your time with this estate agents if you are a investor..... I have viewed more than three different properties with this agents and have offered more than the value of the property but they have sold the properties to their own friends instead for less amount. I feel sorry for the landlords using this estate agency. They can't make most of their property value. I've spoken with one of the seller and have mentioned that I've offered certain amount for her properties she said that agents haven't informed her about my offer than I have called the agents again they said the seller have rejected your offer without even mentioning her about my offer. NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS. Full with games.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review, although considering it is littered with unfounded accusations, we feel we must add some clarity for the reader. Your offer on property number 1 was effectively an attempt at gazumping, which our seller didn't take too kindly to. She decided to continue with her sale to her original offeree and subsequently your offer was rejected. Your offer on property number 2 was actually LOWER than another offer received and was therefore rejected by our seller. At the time of writing your review, your offer on property number 3 was 'pending' whilst we waited on our seller's decision. You withdrew it the following morning. In all instances, the offers and the respective decisions have been reported to all parties both verbally and in writing, so your comment about our vendors not being informed is simply not true. Furthermore, none of the above properties have been sold to friends, family or any person connected to an employee, so again your comment relating to this is an outright lie and we will be reporting your review for misrepresentation.

GoogleWatson have been fantastic, we had viewing from day one and sold our house in 3 days, we had complications with our buyer who eventually pulled out but Lucy handled the whole situation fantastically and professionally, and we resold our house in 3 days. We’ve dealt with big chain estate agents previous who are very expensive and treat customers as nothing more than commission. A small family run businesses always appreciate each customer, and you definitely get that with Watson’s on top of a great price. Would highly recommend!!
