Since putting an offer in on the property we viewed he has been so productive and fast with every email I have sent. From the minute I walked in the office in September to enquire about valuing our property, all the way through to collecting our keys for our forever-dream home, faultless service. Chris, Pam and Lucy are very approachable, knowledgable and were very reassuring and realistic with the whole process. We felt really informed as this was the first time we had sold any property and had no idea how the process worked; nothing was too much trouble and we weren't made to feel stupid whatever question we had. Once we had accepted an offer and found our forever home, Lucy was phenomenal helping us with solicitors, our buyers and felt we could put all of our trust into her. Nothing was to much trouble, we felt regularly updated with any issue big or small and always had solutions for us. Lucy as well as the whole office are all so amazing at their jobs! Couldn't recommend Watsons highly enough!

GoogleWe had a great experience during our recent property viewing with Chris. He was welcoming, professional, and very easy to talk to. He provided helpful information about the property and the local area, and was happy to answer any questions we had without rushing us. I also just want to mention Lauren, who I’ve spoken to on the phone, she’s always so lovely, bubbly, and comes across very friendly. It makes such a difference when communication feels that easy and positive. Overall, a really great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Watson’s estate agents.

GoogleWatsons Kimberley were fab helping us sell our house. We had loads of viewings and sold quickly. The whole team were great, if we phoned with a query someone would always manage to help. People who stood out for us were Chris, who did our valuation and was very helpful, and Lucy, who managed the sale. She made the whole process much less stressful and was a joy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWatsons handle the majority of properties in our area, their boards are everywhere. This is the main reason we chose them but we quickly found out why everyone uses Watsons! We had a viewing arranged before we hit the market and then received an offer of asking price in just a few days after going live! All im reading online is how hard it is to sell at the moment, clearly these sellers arent using Watsons. They have been friendly professional and efficient from the first enquiry. Thank you Watsons

He always took the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. As first-time buyers, the process can feel a little daunting and overwhelming at times but this was made manageable. He was very patient, approachable and happy to answer questions, which really helped put us at ease. We felt well-supported and genuinely looked after all throughout & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially as first time buyers.

GoogleFrom the very first valuation with Chris to the final handover of the keys, Watsons delivered a level of service that was nothing short of exceptional. Despite a few inevitable hurdles along the way when selling a home, the team, especially Lucy on sales progression, kept everything moving with remarkable responsiveness and professionalism. Her calm persistence and constant communication were absolutely vital, and having worked with clients too, I know just how difficult that role can be. She made it look effortless. What really stood out was how we were treated, not as a small account that we were, but with genuine care and attention. Our property wasn’t high-value, but the service felt premium throughout. My other half needed reassurance and a bit of hand-holding at times, and the team provided that with warmth and patience. It made all the difference. It really is a team effort there with everyone helping out whenever possible. From the marketing and photography to the steady guidance behind the scenes, everyone played a part, Chris, Sheree, Billy, Sam… the list goes on. You truly get the sense that Watsons is a family business in the best possible way: close-knit, values-driven, and deeply committed to their clients. So much so, we didn’t hesitate to use them again to sell my father-in-law’s house. Ironically sold before ours but there you go. I work for a family business myself, one that’s grown and wrestled with scale. Watsons seems to have found that rare sweet spot, big enough to be slick and capable, small enough to stay personal and grounded. That balance is hard to achieve, and they’ve nailed it. Huge thanks to everyone at Watsons. You made a stressful process feel manageable, even enjoyable. Highly recommended.

GoogleInitially I was a bit reluctant using Watson for the sale of our house (as I didn’t know them previously) but my wife researched them and the reviews and feedbacks came back very positive. Watson made the whole process seamless and effortless. Our house went on the market on a Friday and by Monday of the next week, we had two offers on the house, with viewings yet to be completed. Ellie was dealing with the sale of our house, and the purchase of the new house. She kept us in the loop all through the process. We did not have to chase her for any information as she carried us along throughout the process. I am glad we used Watson. I will definitely recommend them, and will use them next time.

We recently purchased a house they were marketing and used their sales progressor Angelina for the private sale of our current home. Angelina has been very helpful throughout and has kept in touch with updates at every opportunity. She has provided us with an outstanding service given the complexity of our purchase and sale. Would definitely return to her in the future should we move again. Also received great service from Billy and Francesca early on in the purchase/sale. They both answered questions quickly and enabled us to move quickly from viewing to making an offer on the new house. They are both very friendly and always happy to help. FacebookI was looking for the perfect home for me and the children and wanted a specific location and home. Samantha at Watsons Kimberley was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and kept me informed almost daily! The perfect house came up and within minutes Samantha rang me the same time my mum was texting me about it and I was losing my mind at the prospect of this house. I had a viewing a few days later, offer accepted and everything ran smoothly. Samantha’s communication was amazing, reassuring me of the process and we had laughs along the way. I’ve dealt with other agents from other companies and have been less than impressed but Watsons have been great. I’ll miss the chats! Thank you to everyone but especially Sam ❤️ we have found our perfect home and it is down to Samantha knowing and understanding exactly what we wanted, I felt like her only client. X

GoogleEverything about my experience with Watsons Estate Agent was perfect, from the ladies and gentleman answering the phone to booking in viewing! The gentleman doing the viewing couldn’t do enough! I’m sorry I can’t remember their names but I was non stop ringing for over a week and nothing was too much trouble. Leona has been my last contact and she was lovely even congratulating my daughter on her purchase from another Estate Agent… how lovely was that.

GoogleOur experience with Watson’s was poor. The agents were uncommunicative, leaving us to continually chase on the phone, and it felt like we received a lot of “fobbing off”. It’s natural for estate agencies to play people off a little, but we felt that a LOT with Watson’s. Although agencies are aimed to help the vendor more than the buyer, you would still expect some guidance upon purchasing, but there was none from Watson’s, only standard issue mailing list emails. Unfortunately, being an independent business means they have no one to answer to for their lack of good conduct. Additionally, reading some of their chosen responses to negative reviews on here further indicates a lack of professionalism. If you want to sell your house I’d highly recommend Watson’s, as they will go to every effort to sell for a maximum profit - attested to here on Google as the only good reviews are from sellers - however if you are buying I would stay clear.
Thank you for your review. Firstly, I would like to address your assertion that we are not accountable. All Estate Agents are obliged to be registered with a redress scheme, which in our case is the Property Ombudsman. As you have not raised any of the points directly with us, your review comes as a surprise and a couple of serious accusations you've made are concerning. With that, I have taken the opportunity of reviewing our communication with you and your partner. It appears this surrounds your interest in one particular property and it was pleasing for me to see that, almost without fail, emails from you were responded to within the hour. The property in question was popular and we had indeed received a high level of interest, viewings & a number of other offers. As you rightly say, our job is to attain the best outcome for our client, and I believe in your case, the seller ultimately decided to accept a higher offer from a different applicant. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could provide a little further information on what you felt we fabricated as we have built a very strong reputation for honesty and transparency. I must also stress that the final decision on which offer to accept is always the seller's. We do deliver market leading results for our clients, which we couldn't do without assisting buyers with their property search, viewings and offers, so it is really surprising to hear you felt you didn't not have any guidance and this would be in contrast to the thousands of buyers we have assisted in the last 5 years. I note that we emailed you almost 40 properties before they officially came to market, which hopefully you felt was useful, but in the recent buoyant market a lot of potential buyers have been unsuccessful with their offers, mainly due to increasing levels of buyer competition and lack of properties available for sale. Regarding the more serious accusations, I can categorically state that we would never 'palm people off' and we certainly DO NOT lie to people, so I must wholeheartedly refute that accusation and give you the opportunity to reconsider your wording. We are indeed an independent, family run business which means our reputation is everything and the hundreds of 5 star google reviews from both sellers & buyers are testament to that. We welcome low score reviews as an opportunity to address an isolated issue and to improve on our service, but equally retain the right to respond to provide the reader with content & facts. Finally, I'd like to address your comment about selling to people we know. Considering our team consists of 10 local people, there's always a chance a buyer may be known to us, but I don't mind disclosing for your benefit and the benefit of the reader that just three properties, out of thousands we've sold, have been sold to 'associated parties' each of which were disclosed to the seller, as per Section 21 of The Estate Agency Act 1979. Laura, I would invite you to contact us directly to discuss this further and to provide evidence of your claims, some of which we consider to be defamatory, unfounded and without evidence, may be considered libellous. We are currently unable to respond to you directly due to GDPR regulations, so we look forward to hearing from you within 14 days.

Only had brief dealings with them so far but a few things have stood out for me. 1.Great property website photos that are creative but not massively exagerrated. Which is so refreshing and helpful. 2. Very productive property viewing.The gentleman that took me round was respectful, relaxed and informative. No pushy hard sell or distractive chatter but I was told things about the property that were very useful to know. 3. Good Communication. Staff have been there to pick up phone calls and answer questions quickly and inefficiently. Thank you !

In particular Lucy who has had our best interests at heart the entire time. She constantly remained in contact and updated me regularly with everything going on from both sides.
