GoogleFrom the offset Francesca has been brilliant with firstly getting me a viewing prompylt on a property I loved and then getting the offer agreed. I'm a first time buyer so have not used an estate agent before but they will be on top of my list should I ever decide to sell! Thank you Francesca and the team at Watsons for the service so far!

GoogleWe used Watsons as they are our local estate agents, and we are so glad we used them! From the first phone call of asking them to come and value the property, this was done promptly and in a professional manner. Joel came to the house and was very pleasant, honest and thorough about everything to do with selling our home. Watsons have made everything very simple and a clear process, in particular Francesca has been brilliant, her communication and professionalism is great and this has made the process very smooth and informative. GoogleWe contacted Watsons middle of November to help us sell our property which had been on the market with another agent for quite some time. We could not fault the staff with the efficiency with getting our property on the market under the circumstance we were in and the difficult market conditions. The property sold subject to contract after only 4/5 viewings. The communication has been second to none. The amount of updates we have had throughout the process has been amazing and completely put our mind at rest. Following on from this, we have now found a property through Watsons to purchase and we hope that our dream house purchase is just as smooth as the sale process was which we have no doubt that it will be. A special mention to Francesca who has been amazing throughout. Couldn’t have got through all of this without her. Also Naomi and Will both amazing.

GoogleFantastic service and excellent value for the amount of work they put in. I had a few issues with my sale including a buyer pulling out, issues down the chain and a very much time pressured sale on my side. Watsons did everything they could to mitigate these issues, and pushed the sale through as quickly as possible. Angelina was amazing chasing up solicitors, buyers, members in the chain and didn’t drop the ball once! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI’ve moved houses a few times and used various estate agents but Watsons have been the best by far. Excellent communication, very professional and friendly staff. Naomi always called back and always helped arrange the viewings at a suitable time. Lucy is another gem who made the sale process as pain free as possible Highly recommended.

When I called Watsons regarding a property Francesca was fantastic passing valuable advice and putting me on an email list for new instructions before they are listed on the internet. This is vital information as most properties are sold by the time they appear online. Francesca has been so helpful throughout the process, invaluable, getting things done making it all so easy. GoogleI would highly recommend Watsons to sell your property. There was no competition when it came to selecting Watsons for the sale of my property in Nuthall. The initial meeting was warm, friendly and informative by Joel followed by Amanda. The rest of the team have been fantastic in prompt communication over email and calls, also accommodating viewings around busy lifestyles. Francesca, Laura and the rest of the team have been patient, professional and assertive at progressing the sale. Joel was such a friendly guy to deal with the valuation and any questions or queries we had in the very early stages, and Francesca & Angelina were always on hand for any questions or follow ups with the progression, they always went above and beyond to ensure thorough communication throughout the sale. We have used other agents in the past and felt like we had to keep chasing, but I didn’t with Watsons! Highly recommend them as an agency if you’re selling a property, and well worth the fees to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Thank you again 😊

GoogleWe had an amazing experience when visiting the office in Eastwood, I had just come out of hospital and Francesca was extremely helpful with all the documents needed for our purchase and explained everything in detail and took a lot of the pressure off for the purchase as this is our first purchase since 1983, things are very different now an quite a lot to cope with at our age. I would recommend them for your house sale/purchase great to deal with by phone and in person.

GooglePossibly, the most professional company I have ever experienced. The valuation was realistic, based on excellent market knowledge and experience. All staff were efficient, friendly and kept me informed with a constant update on events. Had an amazing number of viewings booked before the property really went on the market, due to their database of potential customers. I am delighted at how well it has all gone. GoogleOverall, an experience that ended positively with Watson’s so would recommend but there are some lessons learnt which I hope they take on board to improve the customer experience. From the start, I found them to be friendly and down to earth during the valuation and pictures being taken. Within less than 24 hours of it being on their social media channels, they rang me to advise of a viewing and to book it in with myself. I advised that I was not doing the viewings as it was agreed that Watson’s would be doing them, hence what I am paying them for. I also reminded them they had a set of my keys which were provided for that purpose. They advised that an estate agent wouldn’t be available for the next week so I would have to do it and that it was on their system that I had agreed to do viewings, not them which was not the case. I juggled my plans and did the viewing the next day. Thankfully I received my full asking price offer which I accepted. From this step, I hadn’t heard anything for a few weeks but when I checked with my solicitors, they had not received anything from my buyer’s solicitors. Watson’s were surprised and said they would do weekly calls. I thought Watson’s would have done a check after the first week so was a little disappointed, but was reassured this would be done weekly. Although the experience so far wasn’t great, as soon as I had been assigned to Leanne, she was fantastic, kept me regularly updated and worked incredibly hard until the end. If it wasn’t for her, I would not be rating Watson’s 4 stars. Due to the shambles at the beginning and fact that I did the viewing myself which sealed the deal and managed to sell it without reaching the ‘full market’, I did hope that Watson’s might have given me a discount as I did their job for them, but hey ho, I might have to try my hand as an estate agent! To finish on a positive note, despite their errors, it definitely turned out to be a positive experience thanks to Leanne, so would recommend.

From the very first contact with Will for the valuation and marketing of my property, the team has been exceptional. They went above and beyond, even promoting the property on social media before it hit the major platforms, ensuring maximum exposure. The communication has been excellent throughout, clear, proactive, and always keeping me in the loop. The write-up and photos were professionally done, making my property stand out. Within just two days of the property going live, they organized and accompanied over 15 viewings, and another 16 couples 3 days later making the whole process seamless. An agreed sell within a week. A credit to the profession and will recommend them and when necessary will use again. If only everything in life was this simple. :-)

GoogleIt's difficult for me to offer enough words of praise and satisfaction to describe my experience selling with Watsons. The speed at which an offer was made and the sale agreed was amazing - live advert 7pm on Thursday then sold by the following Tuesday lunch time! The efficiency of the marketing/viewing/offer process the complete opposite of my experience with purplebricks, where despite being on their website and via auction between August and the following January, only two viewings, not one offer AND I still had to pay their fees - something to bear in mind! Friendly, reassuring and professional, Will and the team certainly got the job done.
