GoogleReally great experience with Watsons Estate agents. Loved the fact I was able to communicate with the same person throughout the whole duration from viewing to purchasing. Francesca was really helpful, I always received very quick responses and she is a lovely person. All the estate agents I met during viewings were great.

GoogleHaving only a brief yet positive experience with this company I wanted to show my appreciation for Leona Hewitt, who was promt, professional, warm and incredibly helpful. Working in the property industry myself and then looking for properties a good service stands out and when I saw her title was only ‘Trainee’ I was genuinely shocked. We only spoke briefly about my property requirements and she then contacted me before a property went live, giving us a sneak preview, and got us a viewing before it even went on rightmove. This is how you sell property! Good luck on your estate agent journey, you’ll go far!

GoogleExcellent customer service I sold a property through Watson's it was on the market for less than a week before I accepted an offer on it. They did alot of the chasing of solicitors for us, would recommend Watson's over other estate agents. They're not pushy or constantly phoning you up like some estate agents are/do. Very professional throughout the sale.

I found a house I loved and my first contact with Watsons was with Samantha (Sam). To my luck, my offer was accepted and Sam ended up being my contact throughout my buying process. Sam did a fantastic job of following up with solicitors as needed and keeping me informed throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, Sam's great customer service really helped to reassure me. GoogleNaomi has helped me through every stage of my purchase, especially since I had very slow and unhelpful solicitors. She was on their back constantly, as well as making sure I was up to date with every fact of the proceedings that she had access to. She is lovely to speak to, extremely fast to respond and all around a fantastic agent to have on your side. Her colleagues were always quick to fill in when she was otherwise engaged, and they were just as personable, helpful, and hard working. Thank you to Watsons and especially to Naomi.

Firstly the customer service was amazing every one I spoke to was most helpful and was was very open & truthful in valuations and the process. House sales are a stressful process but Watsons made it easier and a smooth process. Special mentions to Will, Angelina & Laura for all their help during the process!
