GoogleExcellent customer service I sold a property through Watson's it was on the market for less than a week before I accepted an offer on it. They did alot of the chasing of solicitors for us, would recommend Watson's over other estate agents. They're not pushy or constantly phoning you up like some estate agents are/do. Very professional throughout the sale.

I found a house I loved and my first contact with Watsons was with Samantha (Sam). To my luck, my offer was accepted and Sam ended up being my contact throughout my buying process. Sam did a fantastic job of following up with solicitors as needed and keeping me informed throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, Sam's great customer service really helped to reassure me. GoogleNaomi has helped me through every stage of my purchase, especially since I had very slow and unhelpful solicitors. She was on their back constantly, as well as making sure I was up to date with every fact of the proceedings that she had access to. She is lovely to speak to, extremely fast to respond and all around a fantastic agent to have on your side. Her colleagues were always quick to fill in when she was otherwise engaged, and they were just as personable, helpful, and hard working. Thank you to Watsons and especially to Naomi.
