We contacted Watsons regarding a property they were selling. They got back to me really quickly and arranged a viewing for the same week. The agent we met at the property was friendly and allowed us the space to look around the property without feeling rushed or pressured. We were then kept informed and updated regularly on everything. Although we didn't go ahead with this property due to our own situation, we were impressed with Watsons and wouldn't hesitate to use them again when looking for our property.

Had a pleasure dealing with Francesca recently and I have to say very polite, caring and have a really good organisational skills which impressed me the most. We are looking to move to Nottinghamshire from London and I wanted to see few properties which advertised via Watsons. Francesca booked all properties I wanted to see and timed it perfectly so I could go from one property to another without any hassle or hanging around in the New Town. Under valued our house we got 2 independent estate agents to come and value our house they was not told about each other and both came back with 50k more than watsons valued the house we tried to talk to them but they said that they had valued it correctly if that was true then 2 independent estate agents wouldn't be saying any difference. Took it of the market with them now they holding us to the contract until December! Be warned get more than one valuation

We have moved home several times in our 70+ years and with every move comes stress. This (our final house move) came with the most issues and delays my wife and I have even experienced before. With almost all we necessarily needed in our sale and purchase came hurdles and delays. However, without any question the person who was heads above everyone with help and genuine concern aiding every stage in the selling and buying process was Angelina at Watsons.
