GoogleIve used watsons now three times in the last 4 years. Always professional. Quality service. I don't rate hunt to try and get the process done any cheaper because cheap is not always the best. Although they are fair priced too so I wouldn't say it was expensive either. Would always use watsons for any sale.

GoogleI choose Watsons to sell my bungalow and brought a cottage through them. I can not say absolutely nothing bad about this team. I was kept up to date on everything that was happening through out the whole process. They are like a family in there ( which they are ) and you can tell. Even down to handing the keys in which I could not stop crying and I think they will always remember, they were all supportive and still are. The team at Watsons are very professional but with that very personal touch, which means a lot. I would highly recommend Watsons to sell with or buy from ( which I already have done) . A fantastic estate agents!!!!!!!

GoogleI didn’t overly feel we had a good experience. The valuer didn’t seem to say anything positive about our house (clearly didn’t like a traditional home) and the in house tracker of the house sale did nothing. I had to call and call and call in order to move things.. which I assumed was the job of this person who tracked the sale of your house. I’m not sure if there is any time when an estate agent is good but this wasn’t a positive experience and the whole process dragged on for a significant time.

GoogleWell I've not actually found a property yet and have been looking since September 2021 but thought I'd write this as been dealing with watsons regularly through this time. More so Francesca who has been my go to for arranging viewings etc. Always quick to respond and she's almost learnt more about what I'm looking for than I do. I've lost out on a few properties and have had regular encouraging conversations with her telling me not to give up in this crazy market we are in. We will get there eventually but knowing francesca and watsons are behind me all will be good. Ian

GoogleThe service was excellent and very efficient. They guided me through the sale very well and constantly kept me informed and updated with progress. The down side is that I feel that my property was sold for less than its true value. I was advised to list it at below market value to create a bidding process. This did not happen and I did not realise the true value of my property. Subsequent conversations with interested parties have confirmed this. I feel like they were only interested in a very quick sale and a high turnover of properties. The service was excellent but the advice was poor.

GoogleWe have moved home several times in our 70+ years and with every move comes stress. This (our final house move) came with the most issues and delays my wife and I have even experienced before. With almost all we necessarily needed in our sale and purchase came hurdles and delays. However, without any question the person who was heads above everyone with help and genuine concern aiding every stage in the selling and buying process was Angelina at Watsons. Everyone else at their small office were also pleasant and helpful with attitudes that are sadly lacking in an increasing number of companies. Thank you all. A very high recommendation from us both.

GoogleVery happy with the service and kind attention that I have received from Watson's Estate agents. Sally Hodgson has mainly attended to me and has been courteous and understanding throughout. Will (William) showed me around the house and again was very patient and informative. As Will had lived close by the house in question he was able to vouch for the area being a nice one. As I'm moving into the area from Hull , his knowledge really helped me. I really can't fault the service and thoroughly recommend.

GoogleWell what do I say here goes. Watsons estate agents have been AMAZING with us. We have lived in our current house for 23yrs so we did not have a clue what to do with buying or selling as it had been so long. The Team at Watson’s have made this a very easy experience going at our pace which may I add was a quick pace as we had seen a property they had advertised that we wanted. Within a day our property was on the market which was a Thursday by the Friday we had 18 viewings booked for that weekend as we had said we wanted as many as possible. Wow they kept to their word by the Tuesday my house was sold and the vendors on the house we wanted had accepted our offer. They are very professional and true to there word we could not of done this very huge step in our lives without them. Highly recommended.
