An excellent team effort by everyone involved . Bought and sold a house with Donald Ross, the whole process was easy from the first point of contact and everyone was so professional and helpful. The most impressive thing was that if you phoned the office no matter who you spoke to from the sales to the Manging Director they were all equally as helpful.Highly recommend using this estate agent.

From the minute they stepped into the house you had the feeling everything was under control! Every person who we dealt with in Donald Ross was so polite, caring and kind. FacebookThey are a bunch of cowboys daughter and son in law had a property with them house was given back in better condition than it was when they got it and they think it’s apparently a good idea to withhold there deposit STAY WELL CLEAR of this company

FacebookFirst class service from the team at Kilmarnock. Everything from start to finish was efficient and very thorough. No sooner had our sales brochure arrived, there was a man at the bottom of the garden putting up a sign, and more further up the road. Michael, Susan and Caitlin (and many more I’m sure) looked after us, and nothing was too much trouble. They’d been drumming up business well before our house hit the market and we were averaging 2 viewings a day until it sold A WEEK later. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently sold and bought with Donald Ross, the whole process from initial valuation to closing date was excellent. The intenseness of the market current was incredibly well managed by the team at Donald Ross. They maintained frequent contact, updating and providing advice where necessary. Buying and selling home is always a stressful time however I am happy to highly recommend Donald Ross estate agents and wouldn’t sell again without them.

Communication at every stage of the process was excellent. I am now buying a property being sold by Donald Ross and I have been equally impressed by the service from that side of the fence. FacebookDid not enjoy my time being a tenant with Donald ross. We rented in Ayr and at first it was a quick move in all smooth. But just throughout the tenancy when we tried to contact donald ross it took weeks to get things resolved, we asked 4 times for the ‘for rent’ sign to be taken away and it took around 2 months to be taken but as soon as we phoned with our move out day the sign was up again in a day. We are still waiting on our deposit and havent heard anything, everytime we phoned everyone just sounded like they didnt want to be there and like we should know everything. Wasnt the best and wont rent from again.

James who valued my property was approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He took first class photographs and nothing was too much trouble. This was the first time I'd ever sold a property and both James and Nicola put me at ease and kept me well informed throughout. On visiting the office itself, I was always met with a smile and staff who were friendly and eager to help. I would highly recommend Donald Ross when selling property as service provided is simply unbeatable. Thanks so much for making my first property sale experience a quick and calm one!�

FacebookFirstly, PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF DONALD ROSS LETTINGS IN AYR! So far we have had nothing but complete ignorance and deception from the Ayr office, at first we were charged a reference charge (which is illegal in Scotland) and when we first moved in we opened the door to the house being left in an outrageous condition, lights hanging out the sockets, piles of dirt swept into the corner and the cooker left with dirt deposits within. We have been without a fridge for almost a month and when we have challenged this, we have been told a company tried to deliver it at 8am but we never answered which is a complete lie and the manager of the Ayr office told us (in such a horrible attitude) "they shouldn't have to deliver it twice" at that point, we had to leave the office. I can not stress the extent of the poor services provided by the Ayr office letting and please do not put yourself through the horrors of renting with this company! I am sure Donald Ross will reply to this, I would like to say I do not hold Donald Ross responsible as a company, however the Ayr office have cause an unbelievable amount of stress to myself and my family! I will be taking legal action if someone in charge of the Ayr office does not sort these issues out!
