TrustpilotWould definitely reccommend!
Donald Ross were quick, professional and reliable. They dealt with queries quickly and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I bought and sold with Donald Ross and had no issues at all. I was so pleased with the price I got for my property and the brochure was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air this BnB was. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was absolutely spotless, and Kevin the proprietor looked after the guests very well. I fully recommend this BnB. This is one that has done everything right, even down to the mugs in the bedroom. Well done Kevin spot on and a big thank you from us.

TrustpilotOversold & Under delivered
From the start Donald Ross oversold and under delivered on the sale of our property. The overall theme throughout the sale was a lack of communication, both with us and between the team it appeared. Not what we expected from a company with this reputation. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t use them for sales again.

TrustpilotRental Property
I contacted Donald Ross as I was interested in letting out my property which I had just finished refurbishing. From my initial enquiry through to getting tenants in place, I could not have asked for a more attentive agent. All my queries were dealt with quickly by Fiona and she managed to get a deal that works for me.

TrustpilotEfficient and personable staff
Efficient and personable staff. Did quite well to circumvent covid situation. Even at 1%, it's a lot of money to pay out for what is actually done.
Thank you Peter, we are glad we able to achieve a great sale price even during the current challenges.
