TrustpilotWhat an amazing all round service.
I completed an online request to Donald Ross, within 5 minutes I had received a call. Within 30 minutes I'd arranged for a valuation of my mother's home and also agreed a viewing for an apartment. I've never experienced such a proactive approach to customer satisfaction, I work in the residential industry and such approach is extremely rare but amazingly refreshing. Would highly recommend them, Brian Pettigrew.

FacebookOnly gave 1 star because I couldn't give none. Was charged for references which isn't allowed in Scotland and despite good references other people were allowed to view and someone else given the property at a rent which it was implied was offered above the asking rate. This smells of sharp practice to me. With regard to your reply we were given no option as to who we used for references or we would have used a free reference agency instead of wasting £130 . I have been notified today by rightmove that the house is back on the rental market so apparently the other deal fell through whereas we could now have been in the property and the landlords would have been receiving rent.

TrustpilotHighly recommend
We sold both my husbands house and my own through Donald Ross. First class service from Gavin Urquhart, Maureen and Tracey. They made what is usually a very stressful experience a more pleasant one. We achieved excellent offers for both properties at closing date and within one week! Very professional and hard working ensuring the properties went to market very quickly. Now we are moving to pastures new. Thanks Donald Ross.

FacebookThank you to all at Donald Ross. Excellent communication, very professional from start to finish. Our home was sold in just over a week, no stress or worry. A team that go the extra mile, definitely brought viewers in and felt safe in their very proficient hands. We would definitely recommend and use again if we ever moved again. Have used other estate agents previously and no where as professional and friendly.

FacebookFrom start to finish they were fantastic. Extremely helpful when buying my new property and selling my house. James did a fantastic job when coming round and taking wonderful pictures of our house. From the day we spoke to them about selling our property with them it was online and sold by closing date within 7 days. Could not have asked for better service. James, Nicola and the rest of the team gave fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotGood service
Helpful, professional and friendly staff. From my initial contact to put the house on the market, it was live within a week. The professional photographer did an excellent job representing the house accurately. I was advised in advance when viewings were arranged. All in all a very good service.

FacebookTerrible service, arrogant and very unhelpful. My partner and I were going to rent a property through Donald Ross and paid our deposit but swiftly asked for it to be returned after they told us they will not proceed unless we pay £65 per person to conduct reference checks. This practice is illegal and they are the only letting agents I have ever dealt with that had attempted to do this. Avoid at all costs.

TrustpilotOutstanding
From my first telephone call enquiring about the property, everyone I dealt with was completely professional. They answered questions and were so helpful when my friend viewed the property on our behalf. They were also able to recommend a fantastic solicitor and advised us the whole way through the process. I would certainly recommend Donald Ross Residential.

TrustpilotWe sold our flat with Donald Ross…
We sold our flat with Donald Ross and had the pleasure of liaising with Tracey, Helen and Jacqueline. The service was professional from start to finish and communication was excellent. As previous reviewers have noted, we felt like a valued customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Donald Ross if you are looking to sell your property.

TrustpilotExcellent service received from Tracey
Excellent service received from Tracey. Tracey took all the stress from selling the property by organising every stage. She couldn't have helped any more or been any friendlier. We were delighted when the property sold within the first set of viewings with a seamless transition. We were also delighted with the selling price achieved as well. Can not recommend enough.

TrustpilotProfessional and helpful approach
We decided to use Donald Ross because of the very professional and helpful approach from Gavin Urquhart. He explained the process clearly and simply to a pair of elderly novices. All marketing procedures, including photography, were well handled, resulting in a very quick sale. One concern we had was about the short length of time allocated to each viewer.
