Every single interaction with Evie Everall has been unhelpful. She has no idea what shes doing, doesn’t answer any questions and is always extremely rude. Idk about the rest but Leeds lettings and property management team is highly unprofessional. Do not choose North Property Leeds.

Answered everything professionally and even had general conversations too which is always fun and helps take the stress off the moving out process! Initial viewing was unsuccessful because the agent lied about the house facilities. Where I'm at now is good, thankfully, because the actual agent who saw me that day recommended it. The new place was fine but had issues getting a post box key for about 3months and got charged wrongly for electricity because of zero comms between the agency and the electricity company. So not the best first experiences.
