It's pathetic, and please don't spend hard-earned money. I am writing to address some significant concerns regarding the property purchase process facilitated by NorthProperty Group. As a client, I believe it is essential to communicate openly and seek a fair resolution. I brought a property two years backed with promise to be completed in 2022 but infact it got delayed for 2-3 years in LEED phoenix. Purchase price was promised with 10k discount was 177,450 however after 2-3 years current valuation is just 150,000 which as suppose to be somewhere 210,000 with 3-5% general inflation and capital gain for 3 years. My capital got locked for almost 3 years, and the property was missold for a higher value in 177450. 1. Unit 1404 Phoenix Leeds - Purchase Price (2021): £177,450 (with a £10,000 discount) - Capital Appraisal (3 year later): Should be as promised with 3% increase 204,000 (i.e. excluding 10k discount) - Current Capital Value (3 years later from 2021 to 2024): £150,000 2. Project Delays: - Unfortunately, the project has experienced significant delays, impacting my investment. - The property's capital value has decreased substantially, resulting in negative equity. 3. Additional Property Purchase: - I also acquired another property through NorthProperty Group. - However, this transaction faced a one-month delay in mortgage processing. - To my surprise, both the developer and the agent charged an additional £5,000 in fees. - Property was evaluated at 10k less, so again it was mis-sold, and have to pay a hefty penalty as well

Avoid at all costs. Lost £25k deposit at Centenary House development in Leeds a few years ago when the original developer went into liquidation. When I sought assistance from the Leeds office they completely washed their hands of the situation. Do not invest money through this business, it's all front with zero customer service once they have your money.

Bad management - takes ages to get things done. It took me a month from the day I moved in to get the washing machine. I had to chase them multiple times for that to happen. Reported an issue and never seen anyone coming in to fix it. If you want to sign your contract with them, make sure that everything works exactly as they say.
